The Son Molina riding school, on the island of Mallorca, is a prestigious riding center where we offer the best classes and courses for to train riders and in general to bring and introduce the world of horses to anyone who is curious about this exemplary and noble animal. The Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation has been able to value our effort with 3 stirrups as a qualification.

At the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, our equestrian center is a pioneer in the teaching of courses for young riders with a teaching program known as Galopes. Great results have been obtained in competitions of all kinds in various disciplines.

The Son Molina school has all these riding courses:

• Pony and horse riding for children: 30-minute classes for the little ones with games and exercises and walks in the countryside. We form groups of a maximum of 5 students.
• Intermediate level riding: For people who already have some experience with horses. The riding of the horse and its handling are polished.
• Advanced horse riding: There are excursions through the Mallorcan countryside, jumping and dressage classes, skill games and even participating in social competitions. Group classes last almost 1 hour.
• Horse riding for the disabled: We carry out hippotherapy practices with which people with reduced mobility can benefit from the advantages provided by the horse and its riding. Its body heat is very beneficial to help relieve body problems of all kinds and improve self-esteem.
• Sports school: The most professional modality with classes in show jumping, dressage, eventing, vaulting and Western.
• Courses for schools and groups: We organize visits and experiences to schools so that children learn firsthand what horse riding is all about in an educational and enjoyable way.
• Equestrian camps:so that children and adolescents can be introduced to the equine world in a fun way, learning to care for horses, giving riding lessons, organizing group games, etc.

And we also do excursions through the fields and mountains in the Tramuntana mountain range and boarding service.

Our daily program, in general, contains:

- Horse care: the young people will learn to wash and keep the horses combed and clean and once they learn to connect with them through mutual trust they will proceed to prepare them.

- Horse equipment: They will place the riding equipment that the horse carries carefully and choosing the type of saddle and material that is appropriate for the horse they have assigned to it.

- Rider equipment: we will prepare ourselves with the riding suit, which includes a helmet and protective vest to begin classes.

- Riding classes: Equestrian classes will be given according to the level of each student.

- Horseback riding excursion: In the afternoons we can play games on horseback or go on excursions around the surrounding area.

- Swimming pool: We will combine the days with dips in the pool so that both the horse and the student can rest.

At Son Molina we have a team of expert horse riding teachers and instructors who organize all types of horse riding routes for the enjoyment of users who They want to live new experiences with these animals, without having to learn to ride horses professionally.

Depending on the type of experience you have with horse riding routes, we will organize one or the other for you, since, although it is not necessary to ride a horse to do a route, some routes do require greater prior experience to be completed.

In addition to our horse riding routes through Mallorca, we also have other route sessions known as hippotherapy. These excursions are made with the objective that the rider receives help from the horse with which they can improve their psychomotor skills and also improve their social and emotional skills, thanks to the number of mirror neurons that horses have.

It is scientifically proven that horses are very therapeutic animals capable of curing diseases such as depression and anxiety.
