Alto Tajo Active Tourism, located in the heart of the Alto Tajo Natural Park, has the Serranía de Cuenca and the Montes Universales at hand, strong>privileged places for practicing canyoning.

With canyoning we can access unexplored places, discover unique places, enjoy nature and at the same time practice one of the most successful sports today. You will descend through canyons, jump into pools, slide down natural slides, rappel down waterfalls, dive... since canyoning is a sport that combines techniques from different disciplines such as mountaineering or caving.

Alto Tajo Active Tourism offers you the possibility of choosing the level and type of ravine that interests you:

• Aquatic ravine: medium-level ravines with waterfalls, areas for swimming, rappelling...
• Dry ravines: they have simpler rappels, ideal for beginners.

Alto Tajo Active Tourism organizes canoe expeditions for a wide range of people.

This is an activity for ages 4 and up, ideal for families and groups. The canoes (Kayak, Open-Kayak and canoes) can be from 1 seat to 4 seats.

We carry out the activity at the junction of the Cuervo and Guadiela rivers, forming a beautiful swamp called "Molino de la Chincha". It is a natural area of great value that will allow us to disconnect from the noise and stress of the cities.

This solitary place is ideal for family trips or large groups. The landscape is very beautiful and in the middle of the route we go through a small canyon that hides a cave inside, your mission is to find it to be able to see it.

Upon returning to the activity center we can make a stop at the Roman Cave/mine of Cueva de Hierro (interesting tour, ideal for children and adults to learn how other cultures lived in this area, since the time of the Celtiberians, you can visit the cave and the museum.

At the Alto Tajo Active Tourism Center we take advantage of the magnificent environment in which we are located to organize multi-adventure camps during the summer months.

Our stays are held in the Alto Tajo and Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park, a natural location with inestimable ecological value that opens the doors to numerous and different adventure experiences.
