Dr Paddle Surf

At Doble R. Paddle Surf School we feel that there is nothing better than the connection between sport and nature, a point of view that we share with you through our activities.

The Torremolinos coast is the main spot where we work so that any level and age has access to our favorite discipline. Our stand up paddle training also includes a part dedicated to improving our physical condition and learning more about the environment. It is divided into these courses:

- Baptism: this is intended for people with no experience who will notice rapid progress, managing to stand up on the board from the first day thanks to practice in flat water, without waves. You will now have the keys to strengthen your balance.

- Initiation level 2: once you can safely stay on the SUP board, you will learn new maneuvers, the correct way to make turns and how to advance your paddling.

- Initiation level 3: once we have controlled the personal aspects, we will move on to those that are outside of us, such as the characteristics of the wind, the types of waves and the identification of the tides.

Once prepared, you can simply request the rental of the material to continue practicing or participate in excursions that we organize for groups of at least 4 people.
