From the La Mar de Bien school we want to transmit our passion for water sports both to the inhabitants of the Malaga town of Benalmádena and to tourists approaching her. We do everything possible so that people who visit the Costa del Sol and want to start in this practice, or simply improve their technique, leave our classes satisfied and wanting to continue improving.

Our team is made up of experienced professionals in the world of physical sport and, more specifically, in sliding exercises on water. They all love these sports and know the area well, so they are used to frequenting the Malaga coast to unleash their passion, this in turn makes them true connoisseurs of the behavior of the sea.

The quiet Torrevigia beach is the place chosen to develop our instructive workshops. In them we will transmit all our experience and we will teach you, in a didactic and novel way, the necessary knowledge so that you can easily defend yourself on the waves or, if it is the case, improve your skills.

We offer courses in various disciplines. Some of them are the following:

• Surf , in this sport the waves are the protagonists that give our movements emotion, the board being your inseparable ally.

• Paddle Surf, this technique consists of standing up on the surface of the board while paddling with a paddle.

Let yourself be seduced by this wonderful sport on the sea. You do not need more than the desire and get closer to our area to start the adventure. The material and the theoretical lessons are already provided by us.

Located on the Malaga coast of Benalmádena , we offer you classes adapted to your level from initiation to more specific ones dedicated to perfecting more complex techniques or that you cannot overcome. All this with the best good vibes that we will give you from our school.

You can opt for classes of 2 hours or if you know that you have a few days to dedicate them to surfing, acquire our vouchers that are made up of 5 classes. There is also the option for those who just want to escape in the middle of the Mediterranean and rent the material from us for half a day or a full day.

We have a team of experts who will ensure that you acquire autonomy quickly through practice, but without forgetting the theory. Exercises on the beach that you will then have to put into practice on the board.

Haven't you tried Paddle Surf yet? This entertaining form of water sport consists of helping you with a paddle to row while keeping your body upright on the board. Do not think about it and try this fun experience both with friends to make it even more exciting, as with other unknown colleagues. Our Malaga school in Benalmádena will do everything possible to infect you with its fascination and enthusiasm for this sport in the individual classes it offers.

If, on the other hand, you are one of those who already know this discipline and have also practiced it previously, come to our center to optimize your technique in one of the classes that we have designed for you. You will learn in a dynamic and innovative way other explanations that will surely help you.

How could it be otherwise, we will provide you with an expert Paddle Surf instructor who knows, in turn, the properties of the Malaga coast and its peculiarities. In addition to this, we will provide you with the necessary material consisting of a paddle and a table so that you are well equipped on your adventure.
