From the La Mar de Bien school we want to transmit our passion for water sports both to the inhabitants of the Malaga town of Benalmádena and to tourists that approach her. Our team is made up of experienced professionals in the world of physical sports and, more specifically, in sliding exercises on water. The quiet Torrevigia beach is the site chosen to develop our instructive workshops. We offer courses in various disciplines. Some of them are the following:

• Surf, in this sport the waves are the protagonists that give emotion to our movements, with the board being your inseparable ally.

• Paddle Surf, this technique consists of standing on the surface of the board while paddling with a paddle.

Located on the Malaga coast of Benalmádena, we offer you classes adapted to your level from beginners to more specific ones dedicated to perfecting more complex techniques or ones that you cannot overcome. All this with the best good vibes that we will give you from our school.

You can opt for 2-hour classes or if you know you have a few days to dedicate to surfing, purchase our vouchers that are made up of 5 classes. There is also the option for those who just want to escape in the Mediterranean and rent the material from us for half a day or a full day.

We have a team of experts who will help you quickly acquire autonomy through practice, but without forgetting theory. Exercises on the beach that you will then have to put into practice on the board.

As it could not be otherwise, we will provide you with an expert Paddle Surf instructor who is also knowledgeable about the properties of the Malaga coast and its particularities. In addition, we will provide you with the necessary material consisting of a paddle and a board so that you are well equipped on your adventure.
