If you are a sports lover, you are in luck, we have the best offer for you. For example, you can come and practice paddle surfing with us and learn to master this simple sport with which you can go sailing in the sea and catch the best waves. Another option to navigate the sea differently is through the practice of . Thanks to the sail incorporated into the board you can glide over the water at full speed. The sensation will fascinate you.

But you can also sail in the traditional way leaving with one of our boats, you can choose between our catamaran or a sailing boat, which you can drive yourself. You also have the option of hiring a yacht outing and enjoying the views without any other worries.

If you like relaxation, come try our kayaks and enjoy a simple sport with which you will discover the most beautiful natural places. And if what you want is to get to know the seabed, we invite you to do your baptism of diving with us.

But our offer does not end there. We also organize canyoning, that is, you can come and practice canyoning. We have many levels ranging from beginner or easy to the extreme level, for the most daring and experts. And if you want to explore the mountains on foot, sign up for one of our hiking routes that you can enjoy with the whole family.

Activ8you aims to ensure that all children and young people do not stay at home bored. We want you to enjoy a unique summer in La Herradura - Almuñecar.

That is why in the mornings in July and August, from Monday to Sunday, our urban camps will take place "CLUB CAMP". In which we are aimed at children and minors from 3 to 13 years old. We take into account the age of each child and offer three different groups: Mini Club (from 3 to 7 years), Junior (from 8 to 13 years).

In the afternoons we have Outdoot/Adventure activities in "CLUB ACTIVE" for teenagers from 12 to 18 years old.

The concept of our camp is that minors can enjoy outdoor activities for as long as possible and that they are taught in at least 2 languages (English and Spanish) and often in other additional languages such as French, German and/or or Dutch. At the camp we have a great diversity of girls and boys from different backgrounds and cultures, which allows us to offer a real bilingual environment, while promoting cultural tolerance.

We give great importance to safety, many of our activities are related to the pool and the sea, so the specific instructors in these areas are certified swimming instructors and/or in lifeguarding and first aid, licensed by the I.N.E.F. or members of Civil Protection, and are always present during aquatic activities.

We are flexible regarding availability and parents' vacations. Participants can come to our facilities per day, for weeks, fortnights or for months.

Club Camp “La Herradura” from 3 to 13 years:
We will do many sports, artistic, educational, recreational and leisure activities:
Sports (football, paddle tennis, karate, rugby, basketball, handball, volleyball and beach volleyball, pingpong, baseball, badminton, softball, archery, swimming in the sea, canoeing with kayak, games and water sports in Pool, Beach Soccer, Frisbee, Petanque, Swimming Lessons...)
Games (Gymcanas, Sand Castles, Buckets and Shovels, traditional games, board games, splash pool
Artistic and Cultural (theater, painting, flamenco, crafts, theater...)
Educational (group or individual classes for school reinforcement and/or languages).
Environmental Workshops about our Seas and Organic Garden and much more.

For this we will be at the IES Villanueva del Mar facilities, next to the beach (in front of the “Bueno” beach bar, a hundred meters from the Municipal Market). From the base we do not move in different groups (depending on what theleast want to do during the day) to the Municipal Sports Pavilion with its paddle tennis courts and our dojo, the Municipal Sports Stadium , Las Palomas Pool, Jate Center, Beach and Sports Center...

At what time? From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and optionally extended hours (min 5 attendees) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and/or 2:00 p.m.: 00-16:00, (Children with extended hours have the option of having lunch bringing their own food).
Saturdays 11:00-15:00 "Aqua-Tropic" Water Park with our instructors.

Club Active “La Herradura” from 12 to 18 years:
Every week during July and August we make a weekly agenda with different combined outdoor activities, which teenagers can enjoy for approx. 3 1/2 hours of activities such as:

• Kayaking+Snorkeling in Natural Park
• Hiking along the course of ravines and rivers.
• Padel surf+kayak and sports on the beach.
• Team sports+Paddle
• Canyoning
• Diving Baptism
• and much more..

When? From 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday. Some activities have a longer scheduleextensive.

Activ8you offers you to travel to the Río Verde area to enjoy one of the most exciting mountain activities: canyoning.

This sport consists of descending a mountain ravine practicing different activities. This is because we will find dry and wet areas or even pools, rocky areas, walls that we will have to descend and a multitude of other different natural formations. Thus, sometimes we will have to rappel down, jump from one rock to another, walk or swim depending on the terrain...

So that everyone can enjoy this activity we have designed different descent routes. In this way we have the classic levels: easy, medium and difficult to which we add our extreme level for canyoning experts.

Come enjoy the mountains with us and you will experience it like you never imagined before.

Activ8you suggests you get to know La Herradura from a new point of view. In this way, we invite you to join us on one of the kayak routes with Snorkeling that we do along the coasts of our town.

Kayaking is a sport suitable for the whole family. Its easy handling means that in just a few minutes everyone is able to control the boat and can safely go sailing. This way you will have nothing to worry about, both children and adults will fully enjoy the activity.

Our departures last two and a half hours and can be done in the morning from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In addition, so that you can enjoy the entire sea and its beauty, we offer you the combination of kayaking with snorkeling. We will move to the area of theMaro-Cerro Gordo Cliffs Natural Park, a marine natural park that awaits us with a multitude of things to see.

The park is located between Nerja and La Herradura and has a wide variety of flora and fauna species, both terrestrial and aquatic. These places are, for the most part, accessible only from the sea, but it is worth enjoying their numerous natural monuments: cliffs, caverns, coves, waterfalls, rocks with incredible shapes and beaches of superior beauty.

At Activ8you you can enter the wonderful world of paddle surfing through our classes with which you will completely control this sport.

We have courses aimed at all levels. From those who have never practiced surfing or paddle surfing, through those who have some basic notions to those who want to perfect their technique and catch the waves like professionals, we have with levels adapted to all your needs.

In addition, we provide you with all the necessary equipment to carry out the activity, including the different neoprene suits, thanks to which we will be able to practice south paddle at any time of the year.

At Activ8you we organize hiking routes, of all levels, so that you can come with us to discover all the corners of the earth. We have routes through the best places that surround us such as the Verde River Valleys or the Cerro Gordo and Maro Nature Park, among many other natural places.
Our routes divided by levels will mean that everyone can come and enjoy them. For the little ones, easy routes are ideal and the most expert and trained will be able to reach remote places with our expert level.

In addition to playing sports and enjoying wonderful views our routes are designed so that you learn the history of our cultural heritage and the natural elements that will surround us. Likewise, all exits will be along old roads such as trails and country roads as well as royal ravines.
