At Base Nautica we have several types of kayak:

• Individual kayak: is designed so that you can enjoy both the waves and sailing for yourself. Even if it is for a single person, the activity can be done by more than one person and each one can enjoy it in their boat, challenging each other to races or doing routes along the entire coast.

• Double kayak: is perfect if you like to do sports in company. It is also a lot of fun since if you are not an expert it will be difficult to stay the course and you will have a great time trying to row in the same direction.

Surfing is probably the most sensational sport you can do in the waves. From Base Nàutica we take you to practice it from the Mar Bella beach where we have our facilities. For you to enjoy at your own pace we have prepared:

• Surf baptisms: is the simplest thing in the world of surfing. It is a first contact both with the sport and with the waves and materials. Although it is only an initiation, you can enjoy a 2 hours day in which you will have a great time practicing both in the sand and in the water.

• Surf Courses: the classes that we have prepared are designed for those with a low level. It is about giving an initiation to surfing to learn and train in a legendary sport. It will be held in two 2-hour sessions for two days of your choice. The first day will be more theoretical and we will explain everything until you can start riding the waves by yourself. First you will practice balancing on the sand and little by little we will go deeper into the sea. The second session will be a review and more practices in the water. During this second day you will enjoy the waves even more and you will be able to experience unparalleled adrenaline downloads

Come with us to discover a very special sport with a great tradition among lovers of water sports and sailing. With Base Nautica you will discover all the secrets of Sailing from the lowest level.

• Introductory courses: you will discover everything from scratch. Although you surely have some knowledge about this sport, we will teach it to you so that you learn in a solid way. You will learn to maintain the balance of the boat, to control the course in the strongest currents and to handle the rudder safely.

• Improvement courses: In addition to reinforcing the most basic knowledge, we will propose the adaptation to the Hobie 16 'so that you can enjoy the speed of this type of sailboat. Also in this course you will learn more specific theory about the world of navigation and sailing.

• Advanced courses: These classes are for experts who want to go further and perfect everything they already know. In this course you will learn to ride the sail and you will be able to travel long distances controlling the direction at all times. To make it more fun, we will organize small regattas in which we will practice the maneuvers that you already know and new ones that you will learn from the best instructors.

In any case, the courses have the same duration: 12 hours that will be distributed as you wish, either over two weekends or four days of your choice. To come to practice Sailing with us you must be over 16 years old and also have a very good disposition to learn in the best possible way.

For those who like to feel the ferocity of the waves while they are driven by the strongest wind, we have organized windsurfing courses for them to discover or improve one of the most spectacular sports.

Our base is located in the heart of Barcelona, on Mar Bella beach and in it, we will look for the best waves so that you can face them and enjoy them in a very refreshing way.

The Base Naùtica instructors have been teaching this sport for many years and for that reason they will adapt perfectly to the level you have:

• Basic level: we will teach you from scratch. At the end of this course you will know how to handle the board and the sail as you wish and even make the most extreme turns with which you will surprise everyone who is on the beach.

• Level of improvement: from the beach, we will access the waves so that you can improve your techniques and be able to move with ease in all directions. To be able to practice with us at this level you must have done windsurfing before and control the most basic notions.

The courses we do are prepared by adapting ourselves to you. They last 10 hours that you can distribute as you want , either on two weekends in a row or for 4 days during the week. In any case, if you have questions, ask us and we will solve all your problems.

We love preparing new activities and we do not stop innovating with water sports, for this reason we have organized days in which you will learn to practice paddle surf from the hand of the most professionals.

Paddle surfing implies certain requirements:

• Know how to swim: we do not doubt your balance, but surely you spend a lot of time in the water and so that there is no safety problem, we need you to know how to swim with some fluency.

• Being 18 years old: We ask for a minimum age to ensure that everyone can enjoy paddle surfing without problems. In any case, if you are a minor but have the authorization of your parents or they accompany you on this adventure, you can also come.

The paddlesurf days that we do are very fun and, for 1 hour and a half, you will learn everything you want to know about this sport. The first thing will be to teach you the material and learn a certain theory to be able to do the activity without problem. This will take us about 20 minutes and then we will go out to practice everything we have learned and looking for the most exciting waves.

No experience is necessary since it is a very simple sport so do not hesitate to book this activity as soon as possible and start enjoying the beach and the waves in a different way.

Children's vacations are perfect for them to learn new sports and enjoy their free time with the most fun adventure activities. With us you can train in all kinds of water sports and cool off on the different beaches of Barcelona.

We prepare camps from June to September for children of almost all ages. The youngest children will be 6 years old and the oldest will be young adolescents 17 . So that they can do activities appropriate to their age, we will divide them into a group trying to get them to participate in water sports with other children of the same age.

The camps last a minimum of 5 days , although if you want them to spend even more time enjoying all kinds of water sports they can come in turns of 10 days in which they they will have a great time.

They will be able to practice sports such as surfing in which they will have fun trying to keep their balance between the waves. We will also teach them the basics of Sailing taking them on our sailboat along the entire Barcelona coast. We will prepare windsurfing and paddle surfing activities so that they can enjoy the newest and most surprising sports or we will take them to sail the sea aboard some fantastic kayaks .

All activities are organized and controlled by expert monitors so don't worry because they won't have any security problems. In addition, we also do these camps in English in which they will not only improve the language but also learn the navigation vocabulary in a practical way.
