Funboat

In Funboat we go out to enjoy the coasts of Altea and its surroundings in the only way in which it is possible to get the most out of the Mediterranean, sailing. We have cared for those people who are either passing through here, or who do not have their own boat, ensuring that you do not have to give up a promenade for some of these reasons.

Our boats are governed with a license, for which you can arrange the skipper service if you do not have it, or without it if you prefer to do without a professional on board. The simplicity of the controls of the Funboat I and the instructions that we will give you will be enough for you to take your first ride. The characteristics of all of them are these:

- They are available in high and medium season from a minimum of 2 hours to a full day. Although our rates are established for these times, we give you flexibility in choosing the exact duration of the rental.

- They have powers of 15 hp, which does not require certification, 140 hp and 170 hp, and capacities for a minimum of 4 people and up to 7 crew members in the last two cases.

If you think that being without a title is an inconvenience for you, ask us for our courses to obtain the Navigation License .

With Funboat you can have boat rentals for which you don't need to have a degree. It is true that this restricts your options when selecting the desired power and capacity on the boat. To end this problem we will train you to finally obtain your own Navigation License.

The courses we organize are both technical and practical . This organization responds to the need to provide you with all the necessary knowledge before moving on to the boat. Sailing with you in command will be when you really experience the issues we encounter at sea whose circumstances may change from one moment to another. So we will teach you how to solve them so that, when you go out alone on your routes, you do it safely and feel able to face any situation.

With the Navigation License , in addition to being able to rent jet skis on your own, you can access boats that are maintained within a maximum length of 6 meters. Of course, remember that you can only navigate during the day and not separating more than 2 miles from the coast or point that serves as protection.

In Funboat Altea we have chosen boats, understanding them as a form of leisure that brings us closer to many other possibilities. That is why we have created a fleet with which to serve any of your leisure needs, whether personal or corporate.

We rent motor boats with a skipper that takes care of the trip. We also have others for which no degree is even required. This allows outings with family, couples or friends without anyone on board that breaks your privacy. Some of the boats we have are:

- The Funboat I : can be governed without a navigation license and has a capacity for 4 people who will move thanks to a power of 15 hp.

- His older brothers, the Funboat II and III , have greater power and with that we will be asked for a license to take care of them without resorting to a professional. Both have space for 7 people to be comfortable at the same time. They have 140 and 170 hp respectively.

The prices of our rentals are divided into high season, for the months of July and August, and on average for May, June and September. They can be requested for 2 hours, half a day or all day.
