Ocean Friends Buceo y Apnea

Ocean Friends is a Diving and Apnea Center that is located in Los Abrigos , in the south of the island of Tenerife. We are a team of instructors and divemasters, great connoisseurs of the waters of Tenerife who, above all, love the sea and we want to share this passion with you.

We offer different DIVING courses and activities , aimed both at certified divers and at people who want to get in touch with this activity for the first time. We work with the PADI and RAID programs, at the customer's discretion.

• Discover this world with us by doing a baptism or DSD program .
• We teach both first level courses (Open Water), as well as the rest of the levels, including training as a Divemaster and all specialties.
• We will share with you the most fascinating corners of our funds, for which we offer you a wide range of dives in different areas of the Island , both on the coast and on the beach. We also have a scooter that will allow you to do long and fun dives.

We are also passionate about the world of Apnea , in which you can enter by doing one of our workshops or stage (indoor and outdoor) or take our courses, since we teach courses of all levels. We work with the APNEA ACADEMY, PADI and RAID programs.

The boat trips that we organize from Ocean Friends are special in themselves. Enjoy an outing on the Canary Island of Tenerife that will put the finishing touch on your vacation.

• We leave from Puerto de las Galletas . From there, a small boat in which you can go up to 10 people , will take you through the Malpaís de la Rasca.

• You will discover an amazing volcanic landscape, natural coves , a surprising biodiversity that awaits curiosities that the guide will explain to you.

• Thanks to the size of our boat, we can access unique places that other larger ones cannot, as it is a protected area.

• Once on the cliffs of El Palmar , we stop to admire the wonderful spectacle that the birds of the area give us. We always recommend bringing binoculars so that the enjoyment is multiplied.

• In addition, our team will distribute the snorkeling material to be able to anchor in the sea. We always choose a specific time so that you can see the friendly turtles that come to visit us. Only if they are in a good mood that day.

• And on the luckiest days, some curious dolphins will pass in front of us so that we can see how funny and beautiful they are.

At Ocean Friends we want to share our passion with everyone who comes to the island of Tenerife , discovering the bottom of the sea, diving among amazing species and reminding everyone of the importance of respect for him.

Our diving courses and apnea are personalized to the level of each person, with instructors with a long journey that will make you have an incredible experience.

• PADI, SNSI and RAID are the agencies we work with, recognized worldwide.

• Introductory courses Discovery Scuba Diving and Try Scuba are perfect for all those without previous experience who want to have a baptism to remember.

• To have a certain autonomy while diving, you must take off the Open Water Diver , with which you can dive up to 18 meters.

• We teach specialty courses such as nitrox , nocturnal , sunken ship diving, caves ... Only suitable for the most daring.

• Those who already have some experience can access the Advanced Open Water Diver. You will specialize and acquire more knowledge, experience and confidence.

• If you are looking for a course that allows you to do emergency rescues, the Rescue Diver is for you. It is taught alongside the EFR , in which you will learn first aid techniques.

• The Master Scuba Diver is the highest qualification, which without being a professional, you can obtain.

• We also train instructors, as with our Dive Master course for professionals that allows you to work diving in any sea in the world.
