Their headquarters are inLlavorsí and from there they travel throughout the Pallarás Sobira region by land, air and water:

• Land: They carry out hiking activities, via ferratas and horse and quad tours in the most impressive mountains of Lleida, visiting natural parks such as the Aigüestortes National Park and theSan Mauricio Park strong>. In winter you can explore the mountains on a sled driven by Siberian dogs, driving a snowmobile or walking on snowshoes. The most daring will be able to do climbing, canyoning and jump from the different bridges in a bungee jumping activity full of adrenaline.

One of the peculiarities that we offer you for the winter is building an igloo, an experience that few will be able to offer you.

• Water: Roc Roi's aquatic activities are full of fun and strong emotions. Their canoeing, canoeing and kayaking activities are carried out on the bravest rivers full of currents and rapids such as the Noguera Pallaresa. You can also do rafting and hydrospeed descents, a sport as surprising as it is addictive.

• Air: You can also rise into the air with a hot air balloon or by paragliding over the most impressive region of the Lleida Pyrenees.

At Roc Roi we like to enjoy water in all its forms and that is why we have organized a kayak activity in the wildest swamps of the Pyrenees and the Lleida area.

We do different activities with small groups of up to 10 people since we want you to learn in a personalized way and adapting to your level. All groups will go with a guide who will take them through the white waters of different swamps:

• Pantano de la Torrasa: it is a basic level swamp in which we take a complete tour of about two hours. It is in La Guingueta de Aneu and you can get started in this sport in a simple but very addictive way.

• Sant Antoni Reservoir: this reservoir is somewhat larger so for first-time groups they will only cover half of it. Those with a little more level will be able to enjoy this swamp in its entirety on a tour of up to 5 hours. It is located between La Pobla de Segur and Tremp and is perfect for acquiring a little more experience among its rougher waters.

• Camarassa Swamp: this swamp not only has strong currents and waterfalls, it is also located in an area full of beauty to admire from the kayak. It takes more than 5 hours to tour the Camarassa reservoir and we recommend doing it on a weekend, completing it with other tours to fully enjoy it.

To do this activity it is necessary not only to know how to swim but also to have a good level and ease in the water. Difficult waters will be covered in which those less agile in swimming could have problems.
As for special clothing to kayak with us, you must bring a swimsuit and a long-sleeved shirt to avoid burns. For the same reason, sunscreen and protective glasses are necessary. We also recommend bringing dry clothes for the return.

Adventure activities are a great way to do sports since in addition to exercising you can have a great time experiencing strong emotions. Canyoning is an ideal sport to release tension and enjoy the mountains and ravines of the Lleida Pyrenees.

With Roc Roi we will take you to the best ravines so you can enjoy learning or improving your technique. No matter what your level is, we have prepared different courses for you:

• Beginner level: if you do not yet have experience and want to learn to descend ravines using ropes and in the best company, you can come with us to the Berrós and Sant Pere ravines where we will give you canyoning lessons in a practical way so that you can enjoy the outdoors.

• Intermediate level: The descents of this level are carried out in Viu de Llevata and Espones, you will go through more difficult jumps and it will be necessary to have had previous contact with this sport.

• Improvement level: so that you can improve and spend a day accompanied by great canyoning lovers, we have designed a route through L'infern, Estarón and Gurb. You will jump through caves eroded by the river, go down natural slides and maybe descend a waterfall.

• Expert level: this activity is designed so that you learn from us and we learn from you. We will look for new routes in the Llec and Fosca ravines, adapting to what you ask of us.

The ravines that you will cross at any of the levels have their aquatic part so it is necessary that you bring a swimsuit and appropriate footwear to explore the mountain. You also need a helmet, wetsuit and harness but we will take care of that.

Our guides will be with you throughout the tour ensuring that you do not have any problems regarding safety or any incident that may happen during the tour.

Traveling along rivers and reservoirs aboard an inflatable boat with your friends while you navigate the whitewater is one of the most fun experiences that Roc Roi offers you.

Rafting is a sport that has more and more followers and it is not surprising since everyone who does it becomes addicted to this way of traveling the river. Participants travel the river aboard a boat captained by a guide who directs them through the rapids and currents.

We like adventure and we want you to also enjoy it in all its variables, which is why we have designed different routes:

• Llavorsí-Rialp: this route is around 12 kilometers that is usually covered in two hours. It is one of the shortest of those we propose but also the most intense due to the strong currents and rapids of this section.

• Llavorsí-Sort: sail through 16 kilometers of strong emotions and pure fun. You will navigate incredible rapids for more than three hours that will delight rafting lovers

• Baro-Collegats: if what you want is to enjoy the landscape while practicing sports with your friends, this is the route for you. Also if you do it in the afternoons you will be amazed by the sunset in the Collegats gorge

• Llavorsí-Collegats: this route takes place over a whole day. We want you to enjoy rafting in the best way and savoring everything that the river offers you. Therefore, in the middle of the day we will organize a meal with the group enjoying the outdoors.

• Escaló - Collegats: If you want a different two-day getaway, this is the option you should choose since we have prepared a 66-kilometer route that you will do for two days. Meals and equipment for both rafting and camping are included so you don't have to worry about anything.

To do any of the activities it is necessary to know how to swim and function fluently in the water. We have a route specially designed for the little ones, it is the Escaló - Llavorsí section with 1 hour and a half of fun for everyone.

You can raft all year round but we recommend the months of May and June due to the thaw that produces strong currents and greater flow in the river we will travel, the Noguera Pallaresa.

Do you want to soak up all the excitement that the wildest river in the Lleida Pyrenees can offer you? With Roc Roi you can do it in a very fun way and cross rapids and currents like you have never done before in a hydrospeed activity.

This sport is a fun and very easy way to cross rapids and currents. You will be supported on a board or “hydro” with which you will float on the river to cross rapids, small jumps and curves full of surprises.

At Roc Roi we have designed two routes to enjoy hydrospeed:

• Roc Roi – Isla: this section has 9 kilometers full of jumps and fun. You will enjoy the river and its currents in a way you would never have imagined.

• Roc Roi – Moleta: this route is somewhat shorter and that is why we recommend it for the little ones in the house. They are 3 kilometers in which you will have a great time while crossing the small rapids of the Noguera Pallaresa River

To do hydrospeed it is necessary to know how to swim since the entire route is done with half your body submerged. You will have to bring a swimsuit and we will leave everything else to you. You will wear a neoprene suit, shin guards, elbow pads, life jacket, helmet... we also leave you with the board and fins so you can slide down the river in the best way.

At Roc Roi we are so good at adventure that we want everyone to find something for themselves, even the calmest ones, which is why one of the ideas that will be useful for you to know are our canoe trips on Lake the Torrassa.

One of the main characteristics of this activity is that it does not matter your age or whether you want to be accompanied or prefer to go alone. The canoes can be shared, allowing the older ones to accompany the younger ones.

- Types of canoes that you can request from us: on a rental basis, for spaces of half or one hour, we have double boats, for three seats or for four participants at the same time. They are Indian-type canoes, open on their surface so that they are more comfortable for you when it comes to placing yourself in them.

- What you will see during navigation: you will be in Torrassa Lake, a particularly rich natural area since it is located inside the High Pyrenees Natural Park. Take it easy and paddle at a leisurely pace so as not to miss the views because they are not found anywhere.

- At what times can you have them: you can reserve your canoe from 10 a.m. in the morning, for 60-minute intervals, until 6 p.m.
