Surfers Island invites you to visit the south of the Canary Island of Fuerteventura where the excellent wind conditions together with the constant sun and pleasant temperatures that exist throughout the year make it possible the unrivaled practice of water sports such as these: Surf, windsurf, kitesurf and kayaking.

We carry out step-by-step teaching of each of the activities for 4 hours a day and for several days in the case of the most advanced courses.

What does each of the activities offer you?

• Surf: With this sport you will be able to slide through the waves with great ease as long as you have achieved a certain stability on the board. It is the simplest in terms of material.
• Windsurf: Here the surfboard has a built-in sail that takes advantage of the force of the wind to take us over the waves with force and speed. It is essential to steer the sail correctly to direct the board wherever we want.
• Kitesurfing: We change the sail for a kite that pulls us from the heights, promoting spectacular aerial pirouettes at the highest levels.
• Kayak: We forget the board to get on this two-seater boat that takes us along the coast of the Jandía peninsula. We will be able to delight in the crystal clear waters of this area and see the seabed.

Courses can be taught in the company of other students or individually.

Surfers Island is a center in which one of our specialties is the sport that masterfully combines the use of the board and the kite: Kitesurfing. The impressive landscapes of the island of Fuerteventura coupled with its unbeatable wind conditions make this enclave an ideal place for kitesurfing.

You can go through the different levels of our list of courses or do the one that best suits your knowledge and skills.Initiation, also called baptism, is the starting pointwith theory about kitesurfing and kite flying beach training.

The subsequent courses take us into the sea with dragging the kite into the water and handling the surfboard, learning to stand up and maintain balance.

The highest level is made up of advanced courses with the staging of the most risky and spectacular maneuvers flying above the waves with freestyle performances.

We rent you kitesurfing equipment if we don't have it so you can go out and ride the waves whenever you want. A great complement to the courses.

We give the best surf classes on the entire island of Fuerteventura in the peculiar and picturesque landscape of Morro Jable on the Jandía peninsula. It is an area that always has some strong>good wind conditions and therefore waves being able to enjoy the surfing experience whenever you want.

Choose the level most appropriate to your surfing skills and the days you want to enjoy our teaching methods. You will be amazed at how much you will improve.

The list of courses includes:

• To get started in surfing with 4 hours each day
• Basic surf course with 12 hours spread over 3 days
• Advanced surf course with duration tailored to each person

In the first two courses the groups will be 4 to 6 people while in the advanced course there will be individual classes.

Complementary to the surf courses, you can reserve accommodation near the place where we carry out the practices. The Jandía peninsula comprises a very quiet space without crowds of any kind.

The sport of windsurfing really appreciates a good presence of wind and on the Jandía peninsula it is a constant throughout the year. This makes it possible to regularly teach windsurfing classes for all levels throughout the year.

We teach you how to handle yourself on the board with4-hour classes a day with small groupsand even individually.

The first practices are carried out on land explaining the basic fundamentals of windsurfing and then moving on to training in the water.

In a short time you will be able to maintain some stability on the board and master the sail well, sailing between small waves.

We also have more advanced courses that prepare you to face the most challenging waves and sea conditions.
