To start nothing better than our group course of SUP of 2 hours , where you will learn both at a theoretical and practical level the basic notions of paddle surfing from the hand of one of our monitors. The groups are designed for groups of 2 to 8 people .

If what you want are fully personalized lessons , we put at your disposal one of our experienced instructors, who for 2 hours will teach you to handle yourself on the board, as well as the fundamental theoretical concepts to do this practice aquatic.

Both courses include the standard material for paddle surfing: board, paddle, lycra and life jacket. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and don't mind getting wet, as well as a hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the incidence of sun rays.
