• The South and Central routes last 2 days each and of course, concentrates all the essence of the coast in 25 kilometers, where you will pass through towns and typical landscapes full of history and tradition.

• Calella de Palafrugell or Sa Tuna are some of the leading towns on the Central-South route . Of medium difficulty and with 3 days ahead to enjoy the essence of the Costa Brava, it is an experience to always remember.

• The Cap de Creus route has 65 km for you to row for 3 days through the wildest geology that this natural park hides. High difficulty, only for full-breed adventurers.
