The Gosalbez Orti Wineries and Vineyards are located in the town of Campo Real, in Madrid. An ideal place for the production of our wines due to the annual temperature that the municipality has, which is between 13 and 14 ºC.
The grapes are grown on our lands and once selected they are passed through the destemmer to fermentation tanks, to be able to make the wine.
We carry out fermentation at 28 degrees Celsius, with maceration lasting approximately 15 to 20 days.
The entire process is done in an artisanal and elaborate way to obtain high quality wines. We also make aging wines in French and American oak barrels, stored in our barrels for the time required for each one, 6 to 12 months and a minimum of 2 years in the cellar.
