Luis Saavedra is a winery with a long history due to the four generations it has gone through, always improving the product generation after generation and respecting nature and the land.
The vineyards that the Saavedra family has have 17 hectares in which they cultivate the vines that allow them to mature for more than 30 days.
Our lands are divided into several plots with different microclimates so that our cultivation is of the best quality.
One of the most important plots we have, we use it to grow grapes for fine red wine, Muscat grapes and Grenache.
Another of the plots we have has merlot, syrah and cabernet sauvignon cultivated to make the wine intended for aging in oak barrels.
All the wines we make follow a rigorous production process always using the best quality, and for this we only use the indigenous yeast from the grape itself, adapting to the production process of each wine.
