Luis Saavedra is a winery with a long history due to the four generations through which the product has always been improving generation after generation and respecting nature and land.
The vineyards that the Saavedra family has have 17 hectares in which they have cultivated strains that allow them to ripen for more than 30 days.
Our lands are divided into several plots with different microclimates so that our cultivation is of the best quality.
One of the most important plots we have, we use it to grow the grapes for fine red wine, muscat grapes and garnacha.
Another of the plots that we have, has cultivated merlot, syrah and cabernet sauvignon to make the wine for aging in oak barrels.
All the wines we manufacture follow a rigorous elaboration process always using the best quality, and for this we only use the indigenous yeast of the grape itself, adapting to the process of making each wine.
