Escuela Paraven

Paraven School is the main winter sports school in the San Isidro ski resort, located in the Cantabrian Mountains between León and Asturias. Withprivate and group classes you can learn much more about alpine skiing in different modalities, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

The resort has a ski area of more than 27 kilometers and 31 marked runs as well as a snowpark where we teach our classes.

Private classes are the best way to learn if what you want is exclusivity in the treatment of the instructor, being able to share the classes with the people you want at the time that suits you.

While collective courses are subject to fixed periods of the year such as weekends and holidays and long weekends. From 3 to 5 days of course with a maximum of 15 hours.

Within alpine skiing we include the variants of telemark, in which you ski with your heels free, skiing adapted for disabled people and slalom competitions.

In the Leonese mountains you have the possibility of spending one or several very pleasant sports days in the snow doing cross-country skiing on the slopes and slopes of the San Isidro ski resort , on the border between León and Asturias.

We offer cross-country skiing courses individually when it suits you and with the people you want or collectively with courses on weekends and during festivities.

Snowboard lovers and those who want to try their special sensations have their place in the Leonese mountains to enjoy our snowboarding classes. In theSan Isidro ski resort you will find theParaven School, the only one with a fixed headquarters in the station.

Come try snowboarding in a quiet resort with 31 marked slopes and an area specially prepared for practicing this snow sport in the snowpark.

To learn to handle yourself with self-confidence and without hardly falling off the board, you have one of our courses with private classes and group courses.

Private classes can be chosen for a single person or for a maximum of 10 per instructor at the time of day you want and for the duration you want.

Group courses are held on weekends and during holidays such as the Constitution Bridge, Christmas or Easter. They last a maximum of 5 days with a maximum of 15 hours of theory and, above all, practice.

Paraven School is the only school with physical headquarters in the winter station of San Isidro in the province of León. On its quiet slopes you can acquire all the knowledge you need to ski with ease anywhere.

You can learn to ski at the level you need with us in two ways: Withprivate lessons choosing when and for how long you want them.

Another way is by attending one of ourcourses that are always held on weekends or during different festivities. The duration of these courses is between 3 and 5 days and between 12 and 15 hours.

You can choose morning time or afternoon time.

At least 7 people per group must be necessary for the course to be carried out.

We have ski modalities such as telemark and adapted skiing for the disabled.

You can also rent the ski equipment you need.
