Washi Camp we are the camp specialists of the Washi Activities group. Our programs take place in national destinations, such as in the Comarca de la Vera, and in others outside our borders. They have in common a team of free time monitors, coordinators and qualified professionals in different areas of education.

Some of those we offer each year are:

- Vera Multiadventure Camp: for registrations between 7 and 16 years old in July and August with 15-day shifts. We will be at the Vera Association Hostel, taking advantage of the complex itself and the Sierra de Gredos for recreational and sports activities.

- Vera Summer Adventure Camp: it is our main English camp in which we receive boys and girls from at least 6 years old and up to the age of 14. We will go to Cáceres and Romanogordo to the El Quinto Pino hostel and to the facilities provided by Puerta de Monfragüe.

- Urban camps in schools: in different parts of Madrid in the morning or also in the afternoons for preschool and primary school children. It is the perfect option for parents who have to continue with their work schedule when the little ones are on vacation.

At Washi Camp we have alternatives that perfectly combine adventure camps with learning the English language. Vera Summer Adventure Camp opens for this purpose in July at the Cáceres hostel El Quinto Pino and in August at Puerta de Monfragüe, facilities located in Romangordo.

With these options we are targeting boys and girls who are between 6 and 14 years old. Our mission is that English is used, understood and learned in a natural way while carrying out camp activities using this language as the main vehicle of communication. The camp is made up of:

- Sports and games: such as orienteering competitions, outdoor excursions, treasure hunts, mountain bikes and various aquatic modalities.

- Parties and evenings every night: so that the participants can have fun with new surprises on each day we will use costumes and music with different atmospheres.

There is the option of requesting a transfer to the hostel by bus from Badajoz or Madrid capital. Children will be supervised from the moment they arrive at camp until they return home on the last day.

Washi Camp urban camps fulfill the mission of providing parents with the quality solution they are looking for so that their children are cared for during the holidays while they work.

We go beyond this goal by entertaining and training participants with gymkhanas, sports and activities in English under the guidance of qualified teachers. They are held in different facilities depending on demand, such as:

- Severo Ochoa Summer School: from the end of June to mid-August in Móstoles. It is aimed at students in early childhood and primary education cycles. The little ones are received from 8 a.m. and will be with us until after lunch at 3 p.m., in a first shift, and until 5 p.m. for those parents who require extended hours.

- Facilities of the Explorador Andrés School: also for infant and primary classes with a morning schedule from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The activities incorporate the English language so that children do not lose contact with the language.

At Washi Camp we continue to give life to the Vera Multiadventure Camp, a program with three decades of history that continues to welcome boys and girls every summer with the same success.

It takes place at the Vera Association Hostel, located in the town of Jaraíz with the Sierra de Gredos as an exceptional environment. Participants who are at least 7 years old and not older than 16 can register. We open dates in the months of July and August.

The rate for each fortnight of camping includes accommodation on a full board basis sleeping in bunk beds. We also provide buses both to and from the cities of Madrid and Badajoz to get to the facilities. We will have:

- Leisure and sports activities: such as archery, canoe sailing, hiking, painting wars and workshops on topics that we will vary to awaken interest in children.

- Excursions: we will go out around the surroundings, approaching points such as Garganta de la Olla and Pedro Chate where the Jaraíz de la Vera lake is located, depending on the occasion.

- Special parties: during the day and night to dance and dress up.

Those enrolled are cared for and coordinated by a qualified teaching and healthcare team permanently available to them.
