Coaching session with horses in La Alcarria

There are different ways to do coaching and one of them is using horses, making this activity very special and dynamic.

We will first do a workshop, doing activities linked to horses. We won't horseride, but we will focuse on the animal. We will work on leadership through setting goals which have to be gotten by all the group members. We will be doing different activities, like for example naming a leader and making the horse go from one point to other without touching it. Each participant will have a role inside the team, and then coming to conclusions. At the end of the activity, the participants should do a role play to tell us how the felt during the activity.

Some parts of this workshop may be done in English, but in some moments it would be necessary to do it in Spanish so the instructors give indications to horses in this language.
