There are proposals of a very varied level. You will have the perfect cannon even if you are a regular and think you have already seen it all. We advance you some:

- Barranco del Guire : for this we will get to El Rosario. In this descent from Level II we are asked to have a medium physical capacity. The terrain that we will tread will vary from one section to another and will require that we have some control of our extremities.

- Hoyo del Diablo water ravine : it is located in Anaga and we classify it as a Special Level. This means that its technicality is the highest among recreational ravines, with very complicated and very extensive sections. You will also have to be used to rappelling. It is quite a challenge that leaves you with the feeling of having fulfilled an important vital objective.

Of course, you can also ask us for a basic level descent that you can comfortably do without having not heard of this sport that we like so much.

- The Cathedral : offers us climbing in what we call "great walls". It is a route that is divided into 4 lengths that amount to more than a hundred meters. The most remarkable thing about it is that it is located within the Teide National Park.

- Los Cachorros : also in the same natural area, we will find this point where the routes reach 25 meters and are intended for sport climbing.

Remember that these types of disciplines require you to adhere to certain safety rules. Do not worry because we will be the ones who will provide you with this type of training and we will equip you with a helmet and the relevant harnesses and restraints.
