Cortijo Mangueta is a traditional equestrian center located in Vejer de la Frontera. Our location allows us to take tours of more than 10 kilometers along some of the virgin beaches in the best state of conservation in southern Spain.

At Cortijo Mangueta we organize routes of 2 and a half hours, the best duration for a ride to be entertaining, beautiful and for the horse to be comfortable carrying you on its back. We start from Mangueta beach and arrive at Zahora beach in Barbate.

Before leaving on this small stretch of the Costa de la Luz, we will always give a small class at the horse riding, on a 60x20 meter wet track, to gain confidence with the horse and be clear about the basics to have a pleasant and incident-free ride. . And the same for the horse, remember that he is not a machine and that he has to feel comfortable with you.

And you will wonder if children can do these routes through El Palmar. Well, only if they have given riding lessons before and are more than 10 years old. Failure to do so may entail risk, so we opt for safety in this regard. Of course, we give the option for children to ride horses inside the hacienda.
