Teno Activo takes you to discover the most beautiful places on the coast of Tenerife. We offer you the possibility of taking all the existing diving courses, from a more basic training to a much more advanced one where you will become an expert diver, and even a professional in this aquatic sector.

Among our specialties we recommend the baptism of diving with turtles, where you can contemplate these great living beings that roam the ocean. This is an initiation activity where you can dive for the first time to a maximum depth of 10 meters and where you will be accompanied throughout the dive by fully qualified personnel with many years of experience.

Before starting you will spend 30 minutes listening to an explanation about the basic principles of scuba diving and then you will be able to submerge for up to 1 hour, although it will depend on your respiratory and physical capabilities.

Another possibility would be the Open Water Diver course, which consists of three-session theoretical teaching with a final test and 5 practical sessions, two of them in the pool and three in the sea. In this way you will be able to obtain the title that allows you to dive in all places in the world where this exercise is allowed. The duration varies depending on the participant, but ranges between 1 or 2 weeks.

In both courses we offer you all the necessary material to carry out the activity, including the oxygen bottle, vest, regulator, wetsuit and fins.

Don't forget that it is essential to know how to swim or function in the water and to be in good physical and mental shape. This is the perfect opportunity for an aquatic adventure.

Teno Activo brings you closer to the use of kayaking in the sea on the coasts of the Tenerife island, a unique environment for carrying out this activity.

We offer you several routes with a low difficulty and approximately two hours long, so that you can know in depth the secrets of the coast and the crystalline sea of Tenerife. We take you sailing next to the cliffs of Los Gigantes, with departures from the sports pier and Masca beach. This last option allows you to combine hiking or whale watching activities with kayaking, making the day a perfect adventure.

Along with the kayak activity, we suggest snorkeling so you can enjoy the seabed of this beautiful area. We will provide you with all the material, both for the kayak ride and for the snorkeling time. You just have to enjoy.

Teno Activo awaits you to take you down some of the most fun ravines on the island, allowing you to discover places that would otherwise be impossible.

In this activity you will try the sensation of hanging and sliding down a rope, rappelling towards the deepest areas of the ravine beds, which on these volcanic islands are a hallmark of the landscape. We are talking about an ideal activity to enjoy the landscape.

The difficulty is medium and depending on where we go you can enjoy the activity throughout the day or for half a day. Included in this pack is the help of instructors who will accompany you during all the sections that we complete, the necessary equipment to be able to participate correctly in this sport (harness, ropes, helmet,...), in addition to the insurance required by law. We have the best monitors, with years of experience in the activity, so you will have nothing to worry about.

We will take you through the Natural Parks of Teno, Anaga, Echeyde and many emblematic places in the city. Specifically, we are in the Tenerife town of Buenavista del Norte in the northwest of the island.

To carry out the activity you will have to come equipped with the most comfortable clothing possible and mountain or sports shoes if you do not have any other. In the summer season you will need to hydrate with water and apply sunscreen, so it is advisable to take a small backpack with all your personal belongings.

This sport is one of the most complete since you not only have to keep your balance on the board, but also be able to guide it with the help of the paddle. At Teno Activo we want to combine Paddle Surf among the highest waves with a modality in which we will take you on an excursion on the board. In the itinerary we have chosen, you will pass through the Los Gigantes area as it allows us many more options. As a complement to paddle surfing, we can snorkel, enter caves, and enjoy a unique bath in the waters of the island.
