Viva Aventura brings you a dizzying activity, we are talking about the Vías Ferratas, that is, a progression along rock, both vertically and horizontally, depending on the route, and always with materials and safety elements.

Throughout the journey along the rock you will find safety cables, known as lifelines, hanging bridges, some zip lines and iron steps that you will have to climb. Thanks to the ropes and harnesses you will be safe at all times, you will also have energy dissipators.

Anyone can participate in a via ferrata, no experience or great physical fitness is necessary. They will be in charge of giving you a helmet, harnesses, safety ropes, carabiners and energy dissipators.

There are many via ferratas in Cádiz, they have nine different ones depending on your level. Some simpler ones like Atajate, the one in Benadalid or the one in Benalauría or Benaoján. And others that are a little more complicated such as the route of Castillo del Águila, Montejaque, or the areas of Sierra Hacho, the route of Tajo de Ronda and the Igualeja route.
