At Tenerife Nautical Activities we have suitable facilities for the development of various water sports. We are on the beach, in the southeast of the island. This location provides us with warm waters and a wind of at least 10 knots throughout the year, perfect for sailing and practicing other activities.

Our center has a large warehouse to store and organize the material and another building with changing rooms for all our clients.

We have started several courses, both beginners and advanced level . You can train each of these levels in all the activities we offer:

• Sailing courses: we will use a collective boat that our monitor will teach you to handle.

• Kayaks: we have state-of-the-art canoes that are characterized, among other things, by being self-emptying and very easy to use.

• Paddle surfing: a great sport that you can practice in seas, rivers, reservoirs, ... We will give you the bases so that later you can enjoy SUP wherever you want.

• Windsurfing: We offer you group or private lessons to perfect your technique. You decide.

• Water skiing: in our school you can live this experience or take a course to become a professional skier.

• Wakeboard: one of our star courses. It can be done in a week (the most recommended) or organized according to your needs.

From Tenerife Nautical Activities we invite you to practice a fun experience that you can enjoy with your family: kayak .

We have very safe boats, self emptying and, above all, very easy to handle. No previous experience is required to direct one of our canoes but, if you need it, our instructors will be happy to teach you how to do it.

We also provide you 2 types of courses so that you can function in the kayak in a self-sufficient way. One of them comprises 5 hours , the other 10 . It is the easiest way for you to learn to row in the correct way, without taking vices. Therefore, they are specially designed for those who want to start in this sport.

The first thing we will do is attend a brief explanation of our monitors on the ground . They will show you the material and what movements it works best with. Afterwards, you will have to transfer all the techniques to the canoe already in the water.

When you feel safe we will start a 60 minute kayak excursion . Pay special attention when we walk around the Teno cliffs, it is a spectacular landscape!

At Tenerife Nautical Activities we give you the opportunity to introduce yourself to the world of sailing. For this you will only have to attend our courses and enjoy both the classes and the sea. Our instructors will make it very easy for you since they are experts in their field and they also know how to transmit their knowledge in a very enjoyable way.

Our location, to the southwest of the island, provides us with winds between 10 and 20 knots and mild temperatures throughout the year, so the weather conditions are perfect for any sailing activity.

We will use a collective boat so that you can put into practice all the theory that you learn in the courses. These can be 5 or 10 hours long , depending on the level you want to achieve.

If you already have some experience, sign up for the Level 2 course . In it we will delve into the maneuvers and teach you some more complicated navigation techniques. The practical classes will be developed in individual Laser type boats and in collective packing , to perform the spinnaker maneuvers.

We also teach 10 or 20 hour sailing cruise courses . Ask about our availability.

At Tenerife Nautical Activities we have organized several courses aimed at all those who want to learn windsurfing . You can hire private or small group classes , whichever you feel more comfortable with. The important thing is that you learn and progress in this fun sport.

Introductory course:

Our goal will be for you to learn to assemble the material autonomously and to know the safety regulations. We will also teach you how to balance on the board, perform turns and jibe.

Improvement course:

If you are a fan of windsurfing or have some experience, this course is perfect for you. It will be focused on eliminating the vices that all athletes develop in an activity of technique and feeling like this one. You can choose the individual modality, in which we use visual techniques such as videos, or the clinic and training camps in which you will mainly practice at sea.

To improve your progression, we will record all sessions. This way you will be able to contemplate what your failures have been and what you have to improve. Our monitors will help you progress day by day.

All courses include the necessary material for the development of the activity and the compulsory insurance .

Have you already tried the wakeboard ? Well, come to Nautical Activities of Tenerife and we will have everything ready for you to do this activity that mixes speed, adrenaline and water.

It consists of the user sliding over the sea on a board that, in turn, is being dragged by a high-powered boat. It can be defined as a mix of skiing, water skiing and snowboarding. Doesn't sound bad, does it?

With our introductory course we guarantee that you will learn everything you need to do on your own sooner than you imagine. The first thing we will teach you is how to get out of the water with the learning bar or rope, one of the most complicated moments of the activity.

The following sessions will focus on changing direction, getting out of the wake of the boat, and you can even try doing a little jump or acrobatics.

The course lasts duration of 5 sessions and it is recommended to do one per day to be able to assimilate with time what was learned the day before.

The price includes the rental of the boat, the theoretical - practical classes of the instructor, the necessary material and the obligatory insurance .

At Tenerife Nautical Activities we have everything ready for you to enjoy a very fun activity that will make you scream with excitement: water skiing .

This sport mixes elements of surfing and skiing. In fact, the activity consists of users sliding on the water while a boat is dragging them at high speed. You can use a ski or two, depending on the stability you want to achieve. Feel the speed, practice pirouettes, take a dip, ... in short, let yourself go and live one of the most exciting experiences that you can practice in the water.

At school you can do both single sessions , aimed at leisure, and courses of several hours to perfect your technique. We have high-powered boats that guarantee you a good time.

We will provide you with all the material you need, including the helmet and the life jacket. Of course, don't forget to bring your swimsuit.

It would also be recommended that you bring a bottle of water to hydrate after the experience and something to eat to kill the bug.

At Tenerife Nautical Activities we give you the opportunity to learn the fashionable sport: paddle surfing .

It is an activity that improves physical condition without any type of risk. The posture you have to adopt to row will help you strengthen your trunk muscles and work your balance. There are even those who say that reduces stress after its usual practice. In addition, it is a perfect activity to disconnect from the rhythm of daily life and enjoy your leisure time.

There is no age restriction to practice this sport. If you know how to swim, you don't have to worry about anything else.

In our school we offer the following courses at all levels (from beginners to advanced):

• Race : the calmest modality. It is a journey without wind.

• Downwind : we will use the downwind to move.

• Paddle Surf: We will teach you to catch the waves.

• Circuit : we will make itineraries with changes of direction in which you will have to practice the turns.

• Relax: designed to perform relaxation exercises and take advantage to stretch the muscles.
