At the Las Galletas Sailing School we have a high level of specialization in the main nautical disciplines that occur on the coasts of Tenerife. We help you try them and get to know them with the instructors who make up the human team of our center:

- Light sailing: rent any of our boats for 1 hour and move with the Atlantic breeze departing from the Tenerife beaches. The lightness of our sailing boats will allow you to experience agile navigation.

- Windsurfing courses: for students who require training classes in this modality, we have programs composed of 5 one-hour lessons for progressive learning. We do not need a group and we will assist you if you are only one person. The maximum number of participants per lesson is 4 so that we can serve you properly. When you consider that you are ready to go on your own you can rent the material from us.

- Kayak and paddle surf: the school's most user-friendly equipment can be used by renting it for periods of 60 minutes. You will have our instructions before leaving the beach.

At the Las Galletas Sailing School we are motivated to know that we will be able to make you take full advantage of the coast where we are located. We will do it by training you in the nautical sports that are most practiced in this area of Tenerife. This way you can enjoy this point of the archipelago with all its advantages since, if you don't interact with the ocean you are missing the best of the island.

We tell you everything you can do if you contact the staff that is part of our facilities and our team:

- Teach you the sport of sailing: both in its dinghy and cruising versions. We organize training by levels because we want to always be able to give you an answer. This way we can assist you to start getting into navigation or to perfect what you know if you have already started a course elsewhere.

- Become a participant in our regattas: we hold cruising competitions at the local level in which, of course, those people who are already regular members of the school take part. However, we also accommodate people with no experience even if they have never been on a boat before.

- Equipment rental: the most normal thing will be that you come with your qualification but not with your boat, something much more difficult to transport. That's why if you are visiting Las Galletas you can rent one of ours.

At the Las Galletas Sailing School we are in charge of facilitating your access to the world of windsurfing from the facilities of our center in Tenerife.

We offer you a global service in this sport so that you can practice it with our material, without carrying your equipment when you are on vacation, or learn it from the base if you still do not have any knowledge in this regard. New windsurfers have to take into account several main aspects:

- Proper knowledge of the material: at first glance it seems like the least interesting part of the classes we teach, but it is essential that you know how to identify each element of the windsurfing equipment. After delving into the characteristics of the board and the sail, you will be able to learn how to combine them to use them correctly.

- The first steps to enter the water: accessing the sea, getting on the board and staying on it also has its technique and you will not be able to continue advancing if you do not control it properly.

- Safety related to sea conditions: the waves and the type of current will be what drive you at greater or lesser speed, but you should know which ones you can tackle depending on the level you are at.

Kayak navigation has no secrets when you learn the best way to do it with the professionals at the Las Galletas Sailing School. We are a center prepared to teach you the most important concepts of modalities like this so that you can go out and practice independently on your next visit.

We rent the equipment for periods of one hour so that you can paddle across the Atlantic from this part of the Tenerife coast. For this you will have:

- A multi-seater kayak: it is a boat so light and simple in terms of use that you will not need more than some of our tips to start trying it. Most of those found in our facilities allow several occupants to navigate at the same time, so you can be accompanied during the route you take.

- One paddle for each person in the kayak: each place counts and all participants have to paddle in unison to be able to move forward or change direction. Coordination cannot be lost sight of and we must be attentive to the role played by the front and rear seats in turns.

At Las Galletas Sailing School we want you to spend time relaxing and, one of the best ways we have identified to do this, is paddle surfing. We rent you this material for periods of 60 minutes starting from this Tenerife beach towards the Atlantic.

The reasons why you should opt for stand up paddle during your vacation are clear:

- You don't need preparation: you come, you request it and you're ready. Even so, we will give you some usage tips that you will find very interesting. The reason why it is so easy to sup right out of the box is the size of the board surface used. You will notice that it is quite large and gives you space to kneel or stand without problems maintaining your balance. When the sea is calm it is practically a motionless raft.

- You have the help of a paddle: if there is no wave, getting on the board and staying on it will be a step accomplished in just minutes. To advance you will carry a shovel that you will hold with both hands. It will be useful to make a short crossing and change direction when you want to return to the coast.
