- In the Tormes River:

We take advantage of the currents of the Tormes River to go kayaking, rafting and canoeing if what you want is to practice a refreshing sport.

- In the Sierra de Gredos Natural Park and in the Batuecas-Sierra de Francia Natural Park:

We have climbing, rappelling, canyoning, zip lining and mountain bike tours surrounded by a magnificent environment among the mountains with natural landscapes of great beauty.

Aventur Kayaks offers you a fun adventure activity sailing in open kayaks and using the whitewater canoeing technique, in which you can descend different sections of the Tormes River, in the Sierra de Gredos. , with the security offered by a self-emptying and unsinkable boat, single or double.

This activity is indicated for people who seek strong aquatic thrills and want to do a safe canoeing descent, but with greater technical and physical difficulty. Its implementation will depend on the flow of the river, so the best time is in spring and early autumn.

Aventur Canyoning invites you to go canyoning in the Sierra de Béjar, in Salamanca. Canyons, ravines, waterfalls, slides, everything so you can discover beautiful places to practice this fun adventure sport in the heart of nature in the heart of Gredos.

With our guides you will learn to navigate difficult terrain if you have not done canyoning before, with all the safety measures and the necessary material at your disposal.

We descend the most spectacular ravine in the Central System, which includes 5 rappels (the largest 30 meters), jumps and natural slides. The contracting of the activity includes:

Aventur Rafting offers you the most popular adventure sport. Fun, excitement and teamwork are the characteristics of this aquatic activity, which will allow you to descend a whitewater river in an inflatable boat for five passengers, without risk and directed by one of our guides.

Depending on the flow we will use raft (6 people) or canoraft (2 people). In Aventur Rafting we descend different sections of the Tormes River on its Ávila side, within the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park. This activity can only be carried out during spring, coinciding with the thaw between the months of March and June.

At Aventur we take you through the snowy mountains of Gredos and Béjar so that you have the opportunity to try one of our favorite activities when winter arrives. What we like most about snowshoes is that they are accessible to everyone, even without experience, and at a low cost.

We have planned several routes so that you have different itineraries to choose from:

- El Canchal Negro : departs from the La Covatilla ski resort parking area to travel a total distance of 8 kilometers over 3 and a half hours. It has no difficulty and offers us wide views of the entire environment.

- La Virgen del Calvitero : in which the complexity rises to an average level due to its 14 kilometers of section to be completed in a time of 4 hours 30 minutes. We will make an ascent close to 600 meters accessing from the Hoya de La Cardosa.

- El Torreón : the most extensive of all the expeditions recommended for people capable of resisting 22 kilometers in a climb of more than 980 meters. We will dedicate 6 and a half hours to reach the highest peak in the area.

In addition to lending you snowshoes and poles, we will make a report with photographs of your passage through these white-washed places.
