-Kitesurf: This is a type of surfing that is based on getting hooked to a kite or kite and take advantage of the wind to do acrobatic maneuvers . We offer you two-hour classes in which you can learn everything you need to master this sport, always by the best professionals, since in our team we have specialized monitors who always attend small groups to ensure quality of teaching.

-Windsurf: is a sport that consists of a board that moves thanks to a sail. The Costa Brava gives us the perfect waters to practice this sport. Description of Club Mistral Girona Kitesurfing

The Tramuntana wind that hits the Costa Brava of Gerona for much of the year is the cause of very favorable conditions for thepractice of kitesurfing, a type of surfing that is served of a kite to which you are attached.

We have a school for this sport in Roses where you can learn about it and master it completely. We do part of the training and practice outside the water with kite flying and another part inside with flying and navigation on the board.

Classes consist of 2 hours a day and have a monitor who will be in charge of no more than 6 students.

Outside the scope of classes you can continue progressing and gaining experience by renting kitesurfing equipment at our school facilities.

Description of Club Mistral Girona Windsurfing

Club Mistral has a headquarters to learn to practice windsurfing on the Costa Brava of Girona around the Cabo de Roses. The untamed waters of the Costa Brava with good winds all year round make for ideal days of windsurfing.

Windsurfing is a water sport in which you use a surfboard and a sail that you must learn to hold and direct over the waves.
The options you have to handle windsurfing equipment well begin with the most complete initiation, where we present the basic elements of the activity and the behavior of the wind.

As we progress we will enter the sea and navigate with stronger wind conditions making increasingly spectacular maneuvers and turns.

The school has an equipment rental service where you will find what you need to try windsurfing in the waters of the Costa Brava.
