This sporting discipline is becoming more and more widespread among people. Two aspects can be the culprits of this new fashion:

-On the one hand, does not need a specific physical form and, furthermore, it is aimed at all ages.

-On the other hand, reports to those who practice it a calm situation that they can hardly match with another sport.

To carry out this activity you only need a larger than normal surfboard and a paddle that allows you to move around. Also for a more adequate development it is better not to blow wind, so you can move at your own pace.
