- Kayak: in itself an activity that is very appealing at sea but, since we were not satisfied with just leaving the boat with you, we organized routes in which we incorporated snorkeling, we went to the Castle of Sant Jordi or we waited to see from them the sunset or rowing on full moon nights.

- Snorkeling: if you prefer to do it without the need to join it with another activity, we leave you the material and we go to the coast of L'Ametlla where we will take photos of your adventure and we will end by sharing an aperitif.

- Bicycle tourism: within this modality we recommend that you accompany us to see the bunkers that the Civil War left us.

- Guided tours in which we will make you take precise notes of what the way of life is like in the area and get to know historical places, among which the Castell de Sant Jordi D'Alfama stands out.

We are waiting for you in L'Ametja!

At Mar Natura you can count on us every time you feel like getting on a bicycle to pedal along the Costa Dorada and the urban centers that make it up, especially from L'Ametlla.

We usually organize routes and excursions in which the objective, in addition to exercising with our favorite sport, is to get to know the place where we are located in a little more detail. The one that seems most notable to us and that is why we consider that you cannot miss it, is the itinerary that takes us to the bunkers that were used during the Civil War, in an activity that:

- It will take us around 2 and a half hours and is valid for both children and adults. We will begin with a mountain walk during which we will see forest on both sides of the road until we reach our destination.

- Once we have reached these buildings, we will enter to get to know them in depth, to which end the explanations of specialized personnel will be added.

To further complete the excursion, we always include photographs so that you get a complete report and we will all have an aperitif together.

At Mar Natura we know so well what possibilities sea kayaks offer us, that we have put together a catalog with different possibilities to navigate, at different times of the day, through L'Ametlla de Mar and its surroundings.

These types of excursions have practically no age limit. On the same boats you can travel alone, with someone else or even with two other people. If we take very small children, putting them in the center of the kayak, between two adults, will be more than enough.

Once we are all prepared and distributed in our boats, it is time to choose where we want to head:

- Kayak excursions with snorkel: these are those in which we carry material to submerge beneath the sea surface and peer into the life that awaits us there. We can do it during the one that takes us to the Cova del Llop Marí or Les Coves Submarines.

- Night kayaking: we can do it if there is a full moon because its light will allow us to reach Llop Marí where, whoever dares, can swim. When we return there will be mojitos to celebrate the adventure.

- Kayaking with the sunset: the sunset surely gives us the most beautiful images of the day. Even more so if we row towards the horizon following its amber light.

- 6 kilometer route to Sant Jordi: which will allow us to see the castle while its history is explained to us.

In any case, the photos are included and a small aperitif is taken at the end during which we can comment on what we experienced.
