• Adrenalyne Experience . Classes adapted to new and expert levels. We will give you the keys to get on the perfect wave and enjoy riding the waters.

• Nature Experience . Crossings both at sunrise and sunset where you will enjoy hidden coves that few have the privilege of accessing.

• Improvement Courses. You will refine your technique through specific training.

• Rental of paddle surf, surf and kayak materials. If you already have skills in handling the board or kayak, we have a rental service for you to practice on your own.

In all the experiences we offer you choose how and when to enjoy an unforgettable day . Do you want to enjoy these activities in the calm waters of a swamp or do you prefer to do it in the sea? We adapt the activities to the environment you prefer, tell us your tastes and we will try to make it possible!

If you are tired of the routine and want to release all the accumulated tension taking a walk through nature, we encourage you to visit us in Tarragona. We offer kayak outings where we will teach you to enjoy the environment in a different way.

Whether you prefer to make a journey through quiet reservoirs or rivers , or if you want to enjoy lonely coves where you can only access from a boat, you are in the right place, since we adapt the outputs to your preferences.

Do you like to take advantage of the day and do you want to do the route in the morning, or do you prefer to do the activity in the light of sunset? Tell us your tastes and we will offer you the alternative that suits you best.

We also have a kayak rental service of one hour, two hours, half a day or a full day. In them you can be accompanied by both adults and children, since they adapt to all ages. In addition, our kayaks have capacity for one, two and three seats.

In our facilities we have lockers where you can leave your belongings, as well as changing rooms and showers where you can wash up after the activity.

Do you know paddle surfing , also known as paddle surfing? It is a water sport where you will have to keep your balance up on a board while you slide through the water with the help of a paddle.

This sport is a perfect activity to do both with family and friends, since does not require great physical dexterity and can be practiced from an early age.

At our facilities in Tarragona, we have one-day courses a, vouchers from 5 sessions , and monthly packs for members, to adapt to all the public ones.

All our courses are adapted to the level of experience that you contribute, so that if you are a beginner, we will give you the basic guidelines to learn to use the materials correctly and take your first steps on the sea; and, if you are experts, we will help you correct your position and improve your rowing tactics.

We also have a paddle surf board rental service for those who prefer to work on their own. You can rent them for a few hours, a day, or even a whole weekend. In addition, our boards are inflatable, so you can take it to your favorite places to enjoy the sea breeze in complete peace of mind.

Do you want to experience a unique experience surfing the waves ? Whatever your level of experience, we have a class tailored for you.

If you have never tried this sport before, in our initiation classes our instructors will give you the first guidelines to get started: they will teach you to row and position yourself on the board to enter the water with courage, to turn the board as the waves come, and slide gently to return to shore.

If you are already an expert surfer, we have courses with which to perfect your skill : we carry out trainings in water and land where you can touch up your technique, we use boards of different difficulties, and we even record you on video so that you yourself you can learn from your mistakes.

We have daily, weekly and monthly courses . In addition, we also have multi-session vouchers so that you can enjoy them throughout the year when it suits you best.

If you prefer to enjoy surfing independently, we also offer a rental service of materials. You can rent our surfboards for 1 or 2 hours, half a day, or even the whole day!
