Marina Diving Tarragona is a company dedicated to water sports located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava, in Tarragona.

Our goal is to make water sports known to a wide audience, ranging from professionals to families who just want to enjoy some time together.

Our star activities are 2: diving and paddle surfing.

In diving we have specialized in initiation and baptism courses . Our instructors will introduce you to the equipment and give you brief indications on how to use it. They will teach you how to breathe, to put on and take off the material in compliance with safety regulations and to remain calm in stressful situations. These courses take place in swimming pools or on shallow beaches for greater user safety and comfort.

We carry out other types of courses aimed at amateurs and professionals of this sport. If you want to certify yourself at some level do not hesitate to ask us for information.

paddle surfing is a sport that is currently on the rise and we want you to discover why. We will take you to a beautiful cove where our monitor will give you some brief instructions so that you know how to control the board and the paddle. Then, once you are in the water, you will take the reins. You can do 2 possible routes, choose the one you like the most and enjoy paddle surfing.

At Marina Diving Tarragona we offer you the possibility of practicing the fashionable water sport: Paddle Surf .

Test your balance, your strength and your ability to concentrate, it is a fight between your body and the water. It does not matter if it is your first time in the practice of this activity, our instructors will adapt to the level of each of the users and will provide you with the knowledge you need to handle the board and rowing in a way correct.

We will take you to a beautiful cove , one of the many that exist on the Costa Dorada, so that the setting is simply perfect. Once in the water, the development of the activity is on your own. Of course, you will always be controlled by our team of monitors in case any setback arises.

You can choose between 2 routes : one goes east, the other west. If you are skilled, you can even get to a cave that was once a refuge for pirates.

We will provide you with all the necessary material to develop the activity: table and paddle . You only have to bring 2 things: your swimsuit and you really want to have fun.

The only drawback that exists is the possible addiction to this sport, but it is not a greater evil.

From Marina Diving we encourage you to try one of the most wonderful water sports, we are talking about diving .

We offer introductory diving courses . With these courses you will learn, first of all, to remain calm in the face of a new material and a completely different situation than when we are without the equipment and on the ground. We will teach you to breathe correctly with the equipment and the elements that compose it, as well as how to put on and take it off, since it requires a certain process for safety. We will show you the best protocol for it. It will be carried out in a pool or in shallow areas so that the instructor and the student have the whole situation under control at all times.

Likewise, we carry out baptisms of the sea which refers to the first immersion of a person. We will provide you with the necessary equipment and an instructor will accompany you to make sure that everything goes well.

Those who are enjoying a few days of recreation on the Costa Dorada are in luck because at Marina Diving we have prepared some boat trips that, they will simply be delicious.

Our boat, a classic Menorcan with a length of almost 10 meters , is perfect for going up to 8 people on board and touring areas bathed by the Mediterranean that will leave you lost in thought.

We are going to propose different routes, all equally special but with different touches so that you can see all the possibilities that the L 'Ametlla De Mar area offers us, the place where we locate our boat. In addition, and for greater enjoyment, we will bring drinks and snacks for the journey, as well as the material to jump into the water and anchor.

• We call the " coves tour " which we will do by Illot de L 'Àliga. An hour and a half of tour in which the skipper will bring you closer to amazing places.

• " Sunset tour " may be one of our most special outings, since the lights at sunset on the high seas become unique.

• An hour and a half also traveling through the coves of L 'Ametlla and the Sant Jordi castle for the most nostalgic.

• For those who want a 100% Mediterranean experience with an extra touch of adventure, we have a 2-hour tour to the perfect Llop Marí cave . To access the training found in Hospitalet de l'Infant , we will have to swim about 50 meters, where they will discover the beautiful beach that awaits inside.
