At the Nàutic Parc we are specialized in offering you all the aquatic disciplines on the coast of Tarragona and the Costa Dorada.

- In the Mediterranean our team of professionals will teach you the main questions about: sport fishing from the boats that we place in ports like Salou, to diving with diving courses in Cambrils to discover its bottom marine, to relax with guided kayak expeditions with the possibility of swimming and snorkeling next to the water surface, to practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, water skiing or any of its variants.

In this area we also offer you the rental of different types of boats, on departures from one to several days.

- Out of the water, the Nàutic Parc gives you options to combine with the rest of the activities: mountain biking through cultural and historical enclaves, canyoning in the province of Tarragona, quad routes through irregular terrain in which to deploy your driving skills, hiking with an instructor and horseback riding routes to the most typical towns in the region.

At the Nàutic Parc we will accompany you on your fishing day to guarantee success in your catches. We have boats, equipped for this discipline in its sporting form, that depart from our ports distributed at various points on the Costa Dorada, with special attention to the base we occupy in Salou.

We will address this experience in the different phases that make up a fishing expedition:

- We will start by preparing the material and the boat where we will take the opportunity to explain to you what type of gear is taken to sea to capture each species.

- Once at sea, you will witness the moment in which the fisherman must know how to wait for the right moment to cast the rod without rushing.

- Once you have located the point where the fish you are looking for are concentrated, the most important moment of the day arrives, in which you demonstrate what you have learned by taking the rod directly.

Diving is a discipline that you can practice at any time, regardless of the season of the year, with Nàutic Parc. We have chosen several diving points in the Cambrils area to benefit from temperatures in the sea that They do not go below 13 degrees and can exceed 25.

We help you choose us:

- Any of the locations in which we immerse ourselves have a wide variety of species of animals and plants. In addition to diving you can observe them up close. You will enjoy knowing each of the marine secrets that lie in the depths of the Costa Dorada.

- You will be able to access any of the usual diving variants, starting with baptism. The initiation courses can be taken from the age of 7 and you only need to know how to swim. Over the course of 3 hours, we approach the theoretical and practical principles of this activity to end with a dive to a depth of 4 meters.

- For those who already dive, we have dives from a boat in 1-hour departures, with the rental of equipment included if you do not have your own.

With Nàutic Parc Kayaks leave the sand to board one of our light boats and explore the coasts of the province of Tarragona from inside the sea. Kayaking does not require specific skills and you can share it with another person, whether child or adult. With the instructions that we will give you to advance with the paddle, it will be enough.

In addition, you can join any of our organized outings:

- They take place every Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, in the company of a guide who will explain the characteristics of the landscape. The time spent on the journey will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

- We will have the opportunity to stop at a point along the route to bathe and dive with snorkelling goggles that will allow us to observe the most superficial fauna in the area. The material is provided by Nàutic Parc, with attention to safety elements such as the individual vest for each participant.

Get to know the Costa Daurada driving from the sea! That's why you have our jet skis with capacity for driver and passenger, with the only requirement being of legal age. Our jet ski activities will guarantee you a real challenge on the Tarragona coast, so get ready to enjoy.

From our main facilities, in Salou, you can use the Nàutic Parc jet skis:

- Rent them: for a period of 15 minutes to drive at your own pace. Of course, you must do it through the safety zone that we will mark for you since there are areas on the same beach that separate bathers from this type of activities.

- On guided excursions: one of the instructors will get on the motorcycle to lead the adventure. In this case you can go out to the open sea and see other points of the coast.

As for clothing, it is recommended that you both wear swimsuits because getting wet is guaranteed. In order to enjoy one of our experiences with jet skis, you do not need any type of navigation license since before the activity, you will receive each of the advice you need... so let yourself go and have fun with us.

We teach basic classes lasting 1 hour in which you will have at your disposal all the elements that you will use in this sport along with an instructor who will explain how to carry out the activity.

The first points you should know:

- It won't be difficult for you to start standing on your skis, in fact we will take care of it personally. To achieve this, we will first place you in the correct posture and show you what position to adopt when the boat that will be towing you starts moving.

- Once in motion, you should focus on your balance, without showing excessive rigidity with the changes in direction taken by the boat and the waves. Don't worry because it is common that the first few times you end up submerged in the water.

You will quickly see your progress and we will be able to work on those aspects that have cost you the most on the skis.

What type of boat can you access with Estació Náutica?

We have catamarans, which stand out for their lightness and speed, and boats with different lengths and capacities depending on the dimensions you need.

If you have a qualification as a boat skipper, you can hire the chosen boat on a rental basis. If you don't have a qualification, sign up for our 3-hour catamaran excursions or our multi-day trips to Columbretes or the Balearic Islands.

It's time to put yourself in the shoes of those you have seen so many times flying along the coast with Nàutic Parc Parascending. We propose two possibilities to do it: Mont-roig del Camp or the beach of Salou.

- We start by listening to the rules necessary for our safety during the flight. Once we have internalized this information, we board a jet ski that will leave us on the platform where we are hooked to the parachute using a harness.

- Once the process is over, the pilot of the boat in charge of towing us receives the signal to start. While the boat gains speed, we will gain altitude. Parascending allows you to reach a chilling 50 meters.

- In total, the flight will be around 15 minutes during which you will contemplate the Costa Dorada with a very different view than the one obtained from the ground.

- On each trip the parachute can transport up to 2 people, always over 16 years old and who know how to swim. You will also have to come with a swimsuit.

If you want to see landscapes never seen before, it is time to do so during one of our parasailing flights where the sea breeze of the golden coast will caress your face and make you feel unique.

Visit Tarragona aboard the Nàutic Parc quads. If you are at least 18 years old and have a driving license you can drive one.

-The excursions are carried out in groups, guided by an instructor from the center, who before boarding the vehicles will have warned us about its handling so that no one suffers mishaps during the trip. Although it is not dangerous, the quad must be driven firmly as it requires the participant's strength when turning and cornering.

- The meeting point and departure point will be Cambrils, from there we will travel along roads between forest and semi-urban terrain for a time that will vary between 3 and 5 hours.

- We will visit the most notable points of the Costa Dorada with a very varied landscape where remains of the Iberian and Roman peoples meet. The instructor is prepared with knowledge about the history of the environment that he will be happy to share with you, so he will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

It is time to discover the surroundings of the Costa Dorada from a different perspective, where roads and speed will be the main protagonists and you can let yourself go in this impressive environment.

Estación Náutica incorporates the latest in jet skis into its great aquatic offering, the flyboard! With this activity you can both fly over the sea and dive under the Mediterranean. An authentic experience!

It is a technology that uses the propulsion of jet skis, which is channeled through tubes to devices that are attached to the feet and hands. It is controlled from a remote control controlled by the flyboard user.

You can find us in Salou, in high season we carry out this activity from 10:00 to 19:00.

Before starting the flight, there will be a theoretical explanation about good practices and operation of the flyboard. Once in the water, a series of exercises will be performed to encourage proper progression and before you imagine you will be rising several meters above the sea.

The minimum age is 16 years old and the activity includes all the necessary material, you will only have to bring a swimsuit and a towel.

With the Estació Nàutica you have the possibility of practicing paddle surfing at any point on the Costa Dorada since we offer it to you on the almost hundred kilometers of coastline that comprise it.

It is a sport so easy to learn that we offer it to you with a monitor or on outings on your own. The teacher's attendance also depends on the location you are closest to, such as:

- Salou: we will teach you to combine the movement of the paddle with the board with classes contracted in blocks of 60 minutes or for complete 10-hour bonuses with which you will save money during your learning.

- Cambrils: at this headquarters we have both rigid and inflatable boards. You can rent them for a minimum period of 1 hour, taking into account that the inflatable one is always somewhat cheaper than the fiber one.

- L’Hospitalet de l’Infant: here we lend you the equipment so that you can go out at your own pace with rentals from 1 hour.

- Miami Beach: in this case you have the cheapest alternative by renting the equipment directly at our nautical base. If you prefer, you can take it, for an increase in price, to tour the Els Prats area.

- The town of L’Ametlla de Mar: in addition to the basic rental, we organize complete 3-hour excursions with which we show you this part of the Catalan Mediterranean in more detail.

• Enjoy the green circuit with the kids: Always accompanied by an adult, both you and your child can enjoy a 95-meter zip line course at a height of 1 at 2 meters. This fun route has 2 zip lines, stairs, crossing of exciting Tibetan bridges and fun mesh bridges. For the green circuit it will be necessary for the child to be at least 3 years old.

• Discover our blue circuit: To venture on this route, the little ones must measure at least 1.20m. This zip line circuit represents a real challenge, it has 13 different games, 1 easy zip line and another 2 of medium difficulty. In this case, the blue route has two options: one of easy difficulty and another of medium difficulty. In both cases we will have those 13 challenging games and we will enjoy heights of 3 to 5 meters. The only difference is that the circuiteasy has 95 meters of route and medium has 115. In any case, fun and adrenaline are guaranteed. You choose which one to visit and if you want to do just one or both for a more complete experience.
