With Beniemociones you have the widest range of canoe routes through the Ebro Lands. Our main activity base is located in Benifallet, in the province of Tarragona, and from here we propose itineraries as varied as these:

- Between Flix and Ascó: we will walk through an ecosystem integrated into the Flix Meander Natural Reserve that is so vital for birds that access is restricted during March and April due to coincide with the period in which they breed and make their nests. It is 5 km on a beautiful route surrounded by mountains.

- From Móra to Miravet: we will start at the piers of the towns of Móra la Nova and d'Ebre to head towards the Island of Galatxo. We will leave behind points like Castellet de Banyoles and discover the Illetes Island by rowing.

- Tours around the Benifallet Islands: it is one of the options that we recommend as an introduction to canoeing. We will leave from the Catxorro canyon, which is next to Catula Island and we will also head to Nap Island. We will cross key buildings in the area such as the Llaguter Bridge and we will end the adventure at the Benifallet pier.

You can come row with us all year round in single and double boats. Little ones up to 8 years old have a seat among the adults in the canoes with up to 4 seats, especially for families, and up to 10 years old they will have to go with an adult in one of the 2-seater ones.

The duration of these excursions ranges between 2 or 3 hours. At all times you will be accompanied by our guides, sometimes there may be more than one depending on the difficulty of the activity and the number of participants.

The guide will give you explanations at all times of what you are seeing and will also ensure the safety of each and every one of the participants.
In our company we believe that this activity is one of the most exciting and interesting that you can do, you will discover and learn many new things that you did not know and that will make you see the caves from another point of view.

All participants will wear a helmet and headlamp for greater safety. This activity can be carried out by anyone who wants to do it regardless of age since adults and children alike will be fascinated by everything they will find.

Beniemociones Senderismois a company committed to adventure sports and that is what we want to convey to our users.

We are located in the Parque Natural dels Ports, in the town of Benifallet within the province of Tarragona; place that houses the largest concentration of Hispanic goats in the entire national territory. You can also enjoy other species such as the griffon vulture, the otter or the golden eagle.

We have different hiking routes perfect for all levels and ages:

• Sierras and valleys of Cardó

• Tortosa-Beseit Ports Massif

Beniemociones BTT organizes mountain bike routes along the Vía Verde, an old route out of use with tunnels and viaducts.
Bicycle rental is free, since the paths enabled are of little difficulty and you will not need a monitor to guide you.

In our case for two main reasons: because of how fun it is and because of the incredible surroundings where you will paddle your board.

To be more exact, we offer you a type of classic paddle surfing, the River SUP, since we will travel part of the Ebro River either on individual boards or in Big SUP in which up to 6 people can go on it.

Our journeys surround the town of Benifallet, full of characteristic landscapes that contrast with each other, offering us a practice that is also very fun and incredibly beautiful on a visual level.

As for the paddle surf routes that you can do with us, you will find them for all tastes and levels:
