We have classes for beginners, those who have never dived before. The dives will be done from the beach and one of our expert instructors will accompany you at all times to teach and guide you, you will have nothing to worry about. Of course, before entering the water we will teach you how to use the equipment so that you can navigate without difficulty in the water.

If you already have some experience, we have intermediate level courses for you to continue with your training. We will do dives both from the plpaya and from different points of the Costa Dorada so you will have the opportunity to discover all its corners and marine secrets. On this occasion, there will also be an instructor at all times who will ensure that everything goes well and you can enjoy the adventure to the fullest.

The dives usually last 3 hours and you can come to enjoy the experience alone and calmly or live the experience as a couple or with friends. You will love it in every way.

Thus there will be areas that we walk down, in others we will have to jump, swim or rappel and even jump down a natural "slide". At Aventura Tour Salou we invite you to discover our greenway: a 15-kilometer journey designed to be traveled by bicycle.

Along the way we will find facilities such as tunnels that will mean that we do not have to travel on poorly paved roads and bridges that will avoid many detours, which is why the road can be traveled by all people, including children.

We have a pick-up service that will take you to the starting point of the route. Once there we will begin the tour that runs along the old route that trains used to travel through the mountains. The landscape through which we will pass is of great beauty, it will leave you with your mouth open, that is why we will make various stops so that you can immortalize the moment and, in the process, rest and refresh yourself.

We will also stop at the Fontacalda hermitage where we can enter the river to take a dip before continuing. The route will end, after six hours, in Benifallet. There we will also have a pick-up service so you can return home safely.

Therefore, we present you a very fun and exciting way to explore the most natural areas of Salou, on our two-seater quad routes.

To explore the mountains with sea views of Salou, you will have two options to choose from: 1 or 2 hours. In both you will do a 100% off the road circuit, in which you will travel through rocky and dirt terrain surrounded by white pine forests. A spectacle for those who love nature and extreme experiences.

The circuit that we will trace will allow you to contemplate every detail of the wildlife that lives on the Costa Dorada. In this way, and following a guide specialized in the terrain, you will have the opportunity to observe the magnificent Catalan coast from natural viewpoints of the Tarragona mountains.

The routes will start from our facilities to head to Mont Roig del Camp. Thus, in addition to seeing the natural environment, you will also have the opportunity to visit the most charming towns in the region and see Cambrils and Pineda in panoramic view.
