At Lokaventura Canoas we organize sailing trips on the river for adults and children. We make descents and canoe rides to show you our land.

We can offer you various routes of different duration and difficulty, mainly on the Aragón River, but also on the Ebro and Irati.

In all of us we have currents that are small so that you have an exciting and safe descent at the same time. You do not need experience but it is essential that you know how to swim. We have descents with grade I, II and III difficulty.

The canoes that you will take are self-bailing and are easily directed with the introductory lesson on paddling technique that we will give you before departure. Lokaventura also includes an extra accessory, which is a high waist bag, so that we are more comfortable.

When you are ready to begin the adventure, we will descend down the river meeting birds of prey, among which vultures, kites or Egyptian vultures stand out along with species such as cormorants, sapper martins or blue ducks. Other notable inhabitants of our rivers are the otter, the European mink and the beaver.

You just have to bring a swimsuit, towel and shoes that can get wet. We provide the material (canoe "with fanny pack", paddle, vest, helmet), clothing (neoprene and neoprene socks), as well as the relevant navigation permits and insurance. As a courtesy, on the descents we invite you to an energetic snack based on nuts and juices generally.

There are descents in which accompanied children under 14 can participate. Ages 14 and up can navigate only with our monitors if they have parental authorization.

At Lokaventura kayaks we carry out descents in the Aragón River aboard completely safe and easy-to-handle self-emptying boats.

We have drawn up an itinerary in one of the sections of the river populated by small currents that will force you to manage your paddles with some skill and will ensure a fun trip. Even so, you do not need extensive knowledge to overcome these obstacles since we make sure that the journey is accessible to all participants.

You will pass through thickets and clearings where species of birds such as vultures, kites, herons, cormorants, bee-eaters, martins or ducks live.

The only essential requirement for this route is that you know how to swim. We will provide you with a vest, paddle, kayak, helmet, wetsuit and booties.

We also include qualified instructors, navigation permits, insurance and a small snack.

You should bring a swimsuit, towel and slippers that can get wet.

You can comefrom 8 years of age along with an adult. Those over 14 years of age may travel alone with parental authorization.

AtLokaventura Canoeing we make it possible for you to start safely in this sport through learning that will begin in calm waters.

We offer you 10-hour courses, at Level 1, to acquire a solid foundation and begin to navigate independently. Once you have specific knowledge you can move on to any of the following levels:

- Improvement Level 1+ calm waters and 10 hours duration.

-Whitewater initiation at level 2 with 10 hours.

- Esquimotaje so that you learn the technique to return the canoe to its position if it capsizes without leaving the boat, 3 hours extendable.

Courses are held Monday to Friday or on intensive weekends with the option of participating in independent classes.

In all cases we include the material, instructors, navigation permit and insurance.

We do not cover travel to the program location.

At Lokaventura Hiking we take you to tour the Bárdenas Reales Natural Park, in Navarra. We will explore the most interesting corners on foot through guided tours.

You will be guided by monitors who are experts in the fauna and flora of the environment who will inform you along the way about the species you will encounter on your trip.

This sport can be practiced in this area during most of the year. In the summer and the hottest times it will be important that you equip yourself with a hat, shoes with a grippy sole, cream to protect yourself from sunburn and, above all, water to stay hydrated.

If you do not want to walk during the entire expedition, we have vehicles that will travel through the 42 thousand hectares of the park, making successive stops to get closer to the key points of this curious landscape.

We will adapt to what you need including an aperitif to replenish energy, photography service and pick-up at the accommodation you specify in advance.

At Lokaventura Guided Tours we carry out guided toursto the Bardenas Reales Natural Park:

This area extends over 42,000 hectares of land, so our guides will bring you closer to the most significant and eroded areas of the park.

The tour is done by vehicle (Van or 4x4, depending on the weather or state of the roads) and there are different stops and walks to delve deeper into the nature of the park.We will visit some of the points of interest and we will border part of the military range that houses the park. We will look for a strategic point to observe their targets with binoculars.

This is the way we recommend to see the park territory once again, due to its great distances. Includes an energetic snack.

We comply with the regulations of the Natural Park, therefore respecting the established speed limits and the tracks intended for motor vehicles.

We recommend bringing water. Sun cream and cap in hot weather.
