Natur Canoas offers you the chance to get to know one of the most spectacular Asturian rivers: the Narcea river, a different river that offers you a new adventure under the riverside forest. It is a river of fast and moving waters, where you will live an authentic adventure under the branches of the alders.

This activity takes place between the months of May to October. For each of the descents, from Natur Canoas we provide you with all the necessary material:

• Neoprene
• Helmets
• Vests
• Booties

The activity begins with the distribution of individual material. Natur's vehicle will accompany the descent at all times, there we can store our clothes, cameras, etc. We will continue with a basic explanation of rowing techniques and canoe handling, as well as safety in the river.

The hours of this activity are approximately from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The total descent proposes a 12 km route, always for a maximum of 20 people and a minimum of 4. You need to have a certain skill, a spirit of adventure and a desire to have fun. Falls into the water are usually common.

In short, it is a very fun river, calm, without crowds, with a spectacular landscape of forest and meadows on both banks. The ideal month for this activity is June.

From Natur Snowshoes we offer you the possibility of taking guided tours with snowshoes. These mountain excursions take place throughout the year, of course, as long as there is snow on the mountain.

We put at your disposal the necessary transport, snowshoes and poles, as well as a guide who will show you beautiful winter landscapes, the tracks of animals in the snow, etc. A different point of view of the mountain that you will love.

In Natur Snowshoes we can organize routes of different duration. These can be mid-day (usually in the morning) or full day. We also offer the possibility of renting only the material and that you do the excursions on your own.

Another alternative that we propose is to enjoy a full moon night on the shining white mountain, on a snowshoe ride. You just have to look at the calendar, the nights with a full moon and book your activity.

From Natur Speleology we propose you to know the bowels of the earth. A new world, carved by water in limestone rocks for thousands of years. An adventure under the stalactites, which form whimsical and beautiful images.

We provide you with suitable clothing, helmet and lights to guide you in the darkness of the underground cave. You will enjoy an exciting guided activity in a small, natural cave that provides a good time of adventure underground.

We carry out the activity in a morning or in an afternoon, always to be chosen by the client. It takes place throughout the year, with groups made up of a maximum of 8 people per foray. By offering a low level of difficulty, it is perfect for families and children.

At Natur BTT we take you to the starting point of the routes, we give you the notions about the proper use of material, safety, etc. and we guide you through these mountains and valleys. There is also the possibility of renting the material for you to do the route to your rhyme.

We offer you a wide variety of routes that will discover the most spectacular places in the Asturian geography:

• Route of the Sierra del Pando: Approximately 15 kilometers, most of them in descents. It runs at the top of this mountain range, with great views of the landscape.

• Muniellos Route: 12 km of route in total. This tour will take us inside these spectacular valleys.

• Route to Los Cadavales: It runs through this area of the Sierra for approximately 12 kilometers. We will drive our bike through high mountain areas with views over the towns of Cangas and Somiedo.

On all the routes we will make several stops to observe elements of the landscape, with explanations by the Natur BTT team of guides about the flora or fauna, etc. In addition to the material and the certified monitors, the contracting of this service includes Accident and Civil Liability Insurance.
