Natur Canoas offers you the possibility of getting to know one of the most spectacular Asturian rivers: the Narcea River. A different river that offers you a new adventure under the riverside forest. It is a river with fast, moving waters, where you will live a real adventure under the branches of the alder trees.

This activity takes place between the months of May to October. For each of the descents, from Natur Canoas we provide you with all the necessary material:

• Neoprene
• Helmets
• Vests
• Boots

The activity begins with the distribution of individual material. The Natur vehicle will accompany the descent at all times, there we can store our clothes, cameras, etc. We will continue with a basic explanation of paddling and canoe handling techniques, as well as safety on the river.

The hours of this activity are approximately from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The total descent proposes a 12 kilometer route, always for a maximum of 20 people and a minimum of 4. You need to have a certain skill, a spirit of adventure and a desire to have a good time. Falls into water are usually common.

At Natur Snowshoes we offer you the possibility of taking guided snowshoe tours. These mountain excursions are carried out throughout the year, of course, as long as there is snow in the mountains.

We provide you with the necessary transportation, snowshoes and poles, as well as a guide who will show you beautiful winter landscapes, animal tracks in the snow, etc. A different point of view of the mountain that you will love.

At Natur Snowshoes we can organize routes of different lengths for you. These can be half-day (usually in the morning) or full day. We also offer the possibility of renting only the material and doing the excursion on your own.

From Natur Speleología we propose you to know the bowels of the earth. A new world, excavated by water in the limestone rocks for thousands of years. An adventure under the stalactites, which form whimsical and extremely beautiful images.

We provide you with appropriate clothing, helmet and lights to guide you in the darkness of the underground cave. You will enjoy an exciting guided activity in a natural cave, small, but providing a good time of adventure underground.

We offer you a wide variety of routes that will discover the most spectacular places in Asturian geography:

• Sierra del Pando Route: Approximately 15 kilometers, most of them downhill. It runs along the top of this mountain range, with wonderful views of the landscape.

• Muniellos Route: 12 kilometers of route in total. This tour will take us through the interior of these spectacular valleys.

• Route to Los Cadavales: It runs through this area of the Sierra for approximately 12 kilometers. We will drive our bicycle through high mountain areas with views over the towns of Cangas and Somiedo.
