Surfing by the sea without leaving Arona beach to get to school? Yes, it is possible with Arona Tenerife Surf Academy and not in any way because we really care about you. Our students have to be the best cared for, the best prepared, the ones with the best safety conditions and, above all, the ones who have the best time!

With these premises as a starting point, we offer you:

- Surf classes: throughout each day we establish groups of different levels so that you have the option of signing up for the one that belongs to you. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what it may be because we will help you determine it.

- Paddle Surf Outings: on trips in which, over the course of 2 hours, we travel along our coastline for a calm navigation rowing in hand on large surface boards. Before we will talk a little about how to use the material.

- Surf camps: so that you can take an intensive course of several sessions in consecutive days with which to achieve great progress in a short time.

We are also committed to the society of Arona and the ecosystem of which we are part. That's why we schedule children's activities and environmental workshops.

At Arona Tenerife Surf Academy we have all the means so that your evolution in surfing is fast and with firm steps. For this, two sessions of different levels take place each day so that you can join the one that is right for you.

We establish a number of instructors based on the people who make up each of the groups, ensuring that we pay the correct attention to each student.

This is how we divide the training levels of our school:

- Initiation: the first phase of this course includes in all cases a half hour introduction to surfing to go through the most basic concepts of this sport. Then you can choose between a single 2-hour class to learn how to stand or continue advancing with 3 or 5-day programs.

- Intermediate: with sessions between 2 and 6 hours to improve your start in the water and catch the first waves.

- Advanced: it is the moment of truth in which you will finally be able to feel the surf and try some acrobatics, even take a video of your sessions (2, 4 or 6 hours divided into one or even three days).

The coast of Arona is a true treasure within the coastline of the Canary archipelago. From here, through Paddle Surf, you can not only appreciate the landscape but it is common for us to have the opportunity to see a cetacean or come across sea turtles.

At Arona Tenerife Surf Academy we will take a trip with you from the beach itself:

- We will collect the material right at the facilities we have facing the sea with the advantage that you will not have to carry these large boards for meters, we are almost at the departure point.

- We sit for a moment in front of the sand so that one of our technical instructors can explain the characteristics of a SUP paddle and what is the best way to use it to move forward and turn wherever we want once we are at sea.

- We get into the water for the remaining time for a session that, complete, will have lasted around 120 minutes. Paddle Surf sessions are booked one by one, individually, without packages of more hours.

Paddle surfing is a very easy activity to practice, in addition to being a great plan for the whole family.

To the south of Tenerife, in Playa de las Américas, you will find Arona Tenerife Surf Academy, the only school on this stretch of coast and where we take advantage of our location next to “La Izquierda”. - Our work with students is based on the school's main idea that surfing is a sport accessible to any profile.

- Before starting we will assess your physical conditions and your level, if you already have it, to take it into account when scheduling training sessions.
