We put at your disposal Kitesurf and Paddle Surf classes. With the Kitesurf you will learn to navigate aboard your board while you direct your course according to the wind. The Catalan coast is ideal for the practice of this sport, thanks to its currents you will be able to significantly increase the pace of the march and achieve jumps and pirouettes. For the practice of Paddle Surf elements such as balance come into play, you will have to stand up and propel yourself thanks to the paddle as if it were a canoe. With this practice you will set the course and the rhythm of the march, being able to crown the crests of the waves.

If you want to get started in water sports, our professionals will be at your entire disposal to transmit their knowledge and experience. Once you have assimilated the basic techniques of both maneuvers and materials, you will be ready to jump into the sea and live one of the best experiences of your life. If you want to go further, you can perfect your technique with higher level classes. Our instructors will adapt to your level and characteristics, we are aware that each person has a learning rhythm and we want you to make the most of each class.

We have prepared a series of itineraries specially designed for trips as a couple, with friends or combined with other activities such as snorkeling. If you want to enjoy a night out while practicing Paddle Surf, Paddle Fullmoon will be your best choice. In order to immerse yourself in the Mediterranean seabed, a visit to Sant Martí d’Empúries is mandatory. And if you prefer to innovate and navigate the river, the Río Fluvià route allows you to do so. You will spend a day full of laughter and fun that will hook you, even more, to this great sport.

Get started in the world of Kitesurfing and delve into the practice of water sports with the best professionals on the market. At Impulse we want to give you the opportunity to get to know one of the best summer sports currently on the market. Its practice is adapted to anyone and with a few short lessons you will acquire the basic knowledge to jump into the sea. We are aware that each person has a learning rhythm, so we adapt the classes to your characteristics and offer personalized attention.

Our offer does not establish a predefined number of hours, we want you to choose when and for how long you practice Kitesurfing. For this reason, we recommend that you give the first hours since it is where you will acquire the minimum and sufficient notions to be able to navigate with total safety. In addition, it is the first step to professionalize yourself.

The course will begin with an introduction to the sport, which will last from 2 to 4 hours on land in which you will get to know the material and learn how to ride it. Afterwards, our monitors will teach you the theory of flight and the safety systems that you will have to respect. You will have a first contact with the foll kite and you will fly with the 4-line kite. It is essential that you learn to keep the board stable and be able to move and lift it.

After this, we will go to the sea. You will be browsing for 3 or 5 hours where you will become familiar with the Body Drag technique. You will be able to relaunch the kite and recover the board. Finally, you will carry out the first incorporations with the Water Start. When you can stand up safely and straight, you will be ready to continue with the learning.

Our professionals will be by your side at all times and will ensure your safety. Once you have acquired the basic knowledge, it is in your power to invest more hours to perfect the Water Start or develop your first itineraries while staying the course. If your level is already advanced, you can even practice your first jumps.

We provide you with all the technical material to practice Kitesurfing safely. You will have a helmet and a vest, as well as the appropriate board for your anatomy and level. We usually hold classes in Sant Pere Pescador , during Easter and the summer season. If you prefer to start in this sport from October 1 to the end of May, the chosen beach is Gavà de Mar .

We have at your disposal three itineraries that are equally excellent and that you can share with friends, family or your partner. The approximate duration of the route is about 2 hours during which you can increase the rhythm of the macha, ride the timid waves of the Mediterranean tide and make stops to marvel at the prevailing view.

With the Remada Fullmoon we offer you to live a totally different night. Escape the conventional and row in the Mediterranean when the sun disappears. If you come with your partner, we will create a romantic atmosphere at sea. You will enjoy the moon and the stars on board your boards while you contemplate the beautiful corners of the coast. If you choose to sail with your group of friends, you will live an experience full of fun and excitement that will be memorable.

The Sant Martí d´Empúries route is our most entertaining itinerary. We will visit the beaches of Sant Pere Pescador enjoying the views of the coast and the crystal clear waters. When we arrive at Sant Martí d´Empúries we will change the Paddle for another water sport, the Snorkel. You will practice diving with goggles, tube and fins. You can relax swimming while you delight in the Mediterranean seabed.

Finally, we have selected the Río Fluvià route. With this itinerary you will leave the sea to sail the Catalan river aboard your board. You will discover places of incomparable beauty such as the island of Caramany. The panoramic views that you will get will be unique and you will feel truly privileged to enjoy Paddle Surf in this way.
