We are talking specifically about the natural area of Arrábida and Sintra - Cascais. In these parts, and with almost 10 years of experience we place ourselves at your disposal so that you can make the most of an area as beautiful and interesting as this one. We want you to know how impressive a natural setting can be with a great diversity of marine species and vegetables, while you enjoy doing watersports.

In this company we have a team of monitors, 100% professionals within their sector, who try to give their all in each of the activities they coordinate so that you can exploit in its entirety the Portuguese Atlantic.

From Into the Nature , we want you to develop your balancing skills on the board in the best of possible scenarios, and we are specifically talking about the Caparica Coast. The perfect marine environment, due to its swells, so that you can catch each of its waves after the explanations of our monitors.

Our surf school has several years of experience and has the best surf professionals that will allow you to develop each of the skills you need to become a professional and thus be able to catch each of the waves. let them come to you Our instructors are 100% experts, as they have the respective certifications of IPDJ and FPS >.

As we have mentioned, Costa da Caparica has kilometer-long beaches where its waves blend into the sandy beaches. It is consolidated as one of the best options to be able to practice board water sports such as surfing. It is a marine environment very close to Lisbon, which is why it is the paradisiacal destination chosen for many of them.

From Into the Nature , we have different surfing plans so that whatever your level of experience is, you can enjoy and explore every corner of this beautiful coast. If, on the one hand, you feel interested in this sport, you have never had your first contact or perhaps you have, but you want to continue removing that fear and continue training in this sport, you can opt for the initiation plans. If, on the contrary, surfing is already part of your life, you maintain control of the board, but on some occasions the technique fails you, don't worry... you have our training for an intermediate level ahead of you.

Our classes usually last an hour and a half, and 20 people will be the maximum number per class. As for the materials, we will provide you with the equipment so that you can carry out the training without problems.

From Into the Nature we want you to explore the coastal area of Sesimbra in all possible ways, and one of them is by practicing one of the water sports most beautiful that exist, we are talking specifically about Kitesurfing. This aquatic modality can be developed both in calm waters, such as the Tajo River or in riotous seas due to its unstoppable waves.

These scenarios are the ones we have chosen so that you can test each of your skills, you can take another step in this sport and consolidate yourself as an expert. on the table. If you don't know this sport, we don't care, we will train you from scratch and you will learn every single detail so you can turn kitesurfing into one of your passions.

Although its name may deceive you, it is not about surfing waves as such. We have the wind as the motor, which will pull the surfboard attached to a kite. This kite will be the element that we will have to manage to find and make the journey that we want during the activity.

At Into the Nature we have three training plans to develop the necessary skills to maintain balance, control the kite and feel like an adventurer on the board while discovering the beautiful landscapes of the paradisiacal beaches of Costa da Caparica or the fluvial charm of the Tagus River. These are initiation , intermediate level and advanced level plans.

Our instructors are professionals, as they have the IPDJ and FPS certification necessary to carry out the activity as qualified instructors. In addition, the attention will be as personalized as possible, for every 5 students one of them will be with you.

Discovering the beauty of each of the natural landscapes in our surroundings is a plus in life. The Sesimbra region has beautiful landscapes that in the eyes of many curious people are the perfect showcase of a great diversity of species. But at Into the Nature we want to focus specifically on the marine diversity of which the coast of Arrábida is made up. >, the mouth of the river Sado and the Coast of Troia.

In order to fully explore the marine environment, we have a large boat, specifically an sailing catamaran which will be our way to discover theprecious cetaceans > that live in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. The starting point of our excursions will be from the port of the city of Setúbal.

Our team , together with the skipper of the boat will make it an experience as complete as possible, just like We advise you to come with the best of your companies, among them your children, friends or any family member, because watching dolphins surrounded by so much water, in full freedom is the dream of many and we assure you that it is not easy to achieve, therefore, we will allocate 3 hours to see these animals play around our boat.

The dolphins that live in this area belong to the bottle bottlenose family, they are wild species so at all times we will have to keep a good behavior so as not to alter them and affect their habitat or lifestyle.
