Our school aims to promote the practice and knowledge of surfing, a sport with an enormous amount of possibilities on our coasts. That is why we will take advantage of its excellent characteristics to put them at your disposal as a surfer.

If you are already an expert surfer riding the waves, we also have specific levels of improvement designed for you. Enjoy the sensation of being pushed by the force of the waves and making spectacular breaks and feeling that you are the one dominating the wave and not the other way around. La Salbaje Surf Eskola Surf teaches you to catch the waves on this beach in the city of Sopelana.

We have created a school in which we intend to popularize the practice of this sport through our instructors with two decades of experience who also specialize in the conditions of the coast in which we find ourselves.

Our courses include material and liability insurance and are divided into:

- 20-hour initiation: with two hours a day from Monday to Friday for two weeks.

- Initiation of 10 hours: taught in 2 hours a day during the week or at 2.30 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

- Half course of 5 hours: ideal if you do not have much time. Choose the days that suit you.

- 2-hour course: for a first contact with surfing, they will participate in group classes available all week.

- 2-hour courses for minimum groups of 5 people or individuals.

- Improvement, follow-up and competition courses without the material included.

- Courses for children under 9 with personalized attention.

- Courses for schools and institutes: possibility of initiation from March to November, improvement, monitoring and competition the rest of the year.

At La Salbaje Surf Eskola Surf Camps we organize day stays focused on this sport at Easter and summer.

The camps will be between April 2 and 13 and from June 20 until September. We give the option to choose to participate for 3 or 4 days , in which:

-Surfing will be the central activity of the participants. Our instructors will train children and young people with classes on the beach starting with initiation levels.

-We have shifts at different times in the morning and in the afternoon, starting at 9 am and ending at 4 pm in batches of 3 hours.

-We accept ages between 6 and 18 years old. We will form groups to give specific attention to students based on their knowledge and needs.

We will use adequate equipment for teaching that keeps all the security measures. We will provide the little starter boards made of soft materials , with plastic fins and no tips to avoid cuts.

We have introductory surf courses for groups, with a maximum of 40 students per shift. It will be a very good option if what you need is to team up with coworkers.

- Our 1-day course is 2 hours long. The rest of the time you can take advantage of it to put into practice what we have taught you on our beaches.

- Complete introductory surf course of 10 hours of duration spread over 5 days, comprising 2 hours a day of theory and practice.

- 1 monitor for every 5 students so that we can do an exhaustive follow-up of each one of you in the field itself.

This activity is perfect for groups and, in addition, they will arrive at the workplace as new, as they will have acquired a new, different lifestyle and will be more relaxed on a day-to-day basis.
