• 4x4 and Quads routes: come and explore paths full of streams, roads with exciting ups and downs, trails with twists and turns and itineraries in which you will have to make complicated maneuvers.

• Canoes: if you prefer water and discover new sensations while sailing, we invite you to come and explore the Tiétar River and the Rosarito Reservoir in Candeleda. > You don't need any experience to sail with us on a day full of fun and lots of water.

• Archery: test your concentration and get ready to shoot all the arrows until you get the best score. You can challenge your friends and family at our shooting range to live an unrepeatable day.

In the La Espuela Rural Tourism Center we organize a complete multi-adventure camp that in 2015 takes place between August 1 and 15. We divide our participants by their common ages. These will have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 17.

We detail the main information about our program:

- The environment that will welcome us : we will be in the Tiétar Valley, right in La Adrada, where forests and natural streams take center stage. This will allow us to develop outdoor activities.

- The facilities that we will occupy : to sleep we will use wooden cabins, all located in a closed complex covered with common buildings for the collective services that we will give to the participants. There are also areas for sports, among which the swimming pool and the area for horse riding stand out.

- The activities that we will do : throughout the weeks that we will spend together we will have time to try all kinds of disciplines, from routes with our friendly horses, to circuits in the trees and games and related workshops in many occasions with the environment in which we operate.

- What professionals will take care of us : our team is made up of a large group of experts in various subjects related to education, physical exercise and nature. We will also be accompanied by lifeguards, a nurse and lifeguards so that we are always safe on a day-to-day basis.

La Espuela Rural Tourism Center English Camps is a company that offers camps for children between 8 and 14 years old.

We will do different activities and you can take a memory of your stay with us. In this 2015 the days for which you can register will be from July 5 to 18, with a duration of two full weeks and 13 nights.

In our camp:

- We will sleep in perfectly equipped cabins so that we are comfortable and rest well every night, since each day will have been full of intense activities.

- All participants will be on a full board basis, which will cover from breakfast to dinner. In the afternoon the snack will also be distributed.

- English will be very important to us and that is why we will schedule around two dozen lessons a week in classes that will not exceed 12 students. They will always be organized according to their ages and previous level in this language.

- The rest of the day we will dedicate to games and interesting dynamics in which the linguistic knowledge that we will learn will play an important role.

At the La Espuela Rural Tourism Center you have a complete adventure park to show that heights are not a problem for you. It is within our Avilanian complex of La Adrada, which you will reach by the Carretera de la Iglesuela.

We open this alternative for groups of at least 10 people of which both adults and children can take part. In no case will you be alone because we will facilitate the attention of our team of monitors, all of them with the corresponding qualification. They will be in charge of accompanying you in:

- The 5 hanging bridges : you will go from one tree to another through different bridges. Some are made with logs, others with different pieces of wood and others with a single cable in which you have to keep your balance. So you will have different challenges each time that will take you to the next platform.

- The 3 zip lines : here you will have it even easier because you just need to let yourself go. You will be attached to a wiring system by a harness that will help you slide with your feet dangling.

- Climbing wall and tower of boxes : you will climb the artificial dams that we have installed in a wall and you will have to stay as long as possible on the boxes that we will stack to make our tower higher and higher.

This park is completed with a space for archery and with activities in which you will learn what geocaching consists of. And if you end up so tired that you don't even have the strength for the trip back home, recharge your batteries comfortably by spending the night in our cabins with half board or full board.
