Description of Delta Kite SUP

Delta Kite SUP is a specialized school in the Trabucador Spot located in the Ebro Delta in Tarragona. Wide sandy beaches, calm waters and a good level of wind are the ingredients that allow a very adequate and enjoyable practice of water sports with a focus on both kitesurfing and paddle surfing.

We offer you a teaching program based on the syllabus taught in the instructor course of the Spanish surf federation (FESURF). We divide it into introductory courses, intermediate courses and advanced courses that involve reaching total autonomy.

The monitors will be able to assist you together with a small group, together with another person or yourself, intensifying the learning process to the maximum.

The rental of the equipment will always be available in our facilities so that you do not stick only to the practices in the classes but you can go out on your own and enjoy the sea with these refreshing water sports.

Description of Delta Kite SUP Kitesurfing

With good weather we suggest you learn to do and enjoy one of the fashionable water sports: kitesurfing.

To learn the water sport of kitesurfing correctly and safely you must go to a school and avoid being self-taught. Our school in the Ebro Delta very close to San Carles de la Ràpita in Tarragona is a good place for you to start.

We have these levels of learning to which a different course corresponds:

Discovery course: You will know the safe directions of the wind, the characteristics of the kite and you will test its flight on the beach.

Intermediate course: You will undertake the bodydrag technique consisting of knowing how to drag yourself through the water using the force of the kite and the waterstart technique, where you can stand up on the surfboard.

Independent course: You will tackle complicated turns and maneuvers with other kiters respecting the space allocated to each one.

The duration of the courses will vary depending on what you need to achieve the objectives included in each one of them.

We have all the necessary material.

Willing to enter the world of windsurfing ? Delta Kite SUP is the company that can teach you the secrets of windsurfing on the beaches attached to the Ebro delta in Tarragona . Wide spaces of sand where a good wind always runs that favors the practice of this sport. Without a doubt, it is the perfect place for the perfect sport.

What are you inexperienced? Do not worry. We train you in the handling of the board and the sail with classes that can be group, semi-private and private. In any of the three options we will put a qualified monitor to guarantee the best teaching.

The main purpose of our windsurfing school is that you achieve a certain autonomy on the board and can move between a normal level of waves with ease.

We provide you with a quality material that we renew every 2 years at most so that you always find the best conditions.

Description of Delta Kite SUP Paddle Boarding

Here we bring you the trendy water sport! And also, in a unique environment. Shall we tell you more?

Through the waters of the Ebro delta we can offer you a very comfortable and easy initiation to paddle surf, a very attractive way of moving through the water that uses a large board to stand up and a paddle to propel yourself.

We show you two paddle surf courses so that you can try the sensations of this aquatic experience and if it hooks you, you can continue enjoying it by taking a step further.

These are the 2 courses:

Level 1 course in calm waters: There will be 2 hours of course on the Ebro river without any waves so that you can get control of the board without difficulty.

Level 2 wave course: Also 2 hours in which we will practice in the Mediterranean Sea itself with a very bearable wave level.

Choose the one that best suits you.

What do you want to do your own route? You can rent the paddle surf board and paddle and go out and explore the coasts for several hours if you are already able to move independently.

You no longer have excuses, it's time for paddle surfing!
