La Van gives you the possibility of practicing the wonderful sport of surfing, letting you enjoy the landscapes of Cantabria. A trainer will guide you so you can enjoy a day at the beach and get to know its natural environment and relax your mind and body. Learning will be in small groups of four students maximum per instructor. As we want to guarantee safety we are committed to creating a space without minors but that we will enjoy like children.

La Vanageta is a school that puts at your disposal a sport as wonderful and rewarding as Paddle Surf. To do this you will only have to have a spirit of adventure, physical fitness and a desire to practice it. It consists of maintaining balance on a surfboard with the help of a paddle to be able to slide. This sport was formerly used in Hawaii to move from island to island.

With Paddle Surf you will improve your physical condition while getting closer to the natural and cultural landscape that surrounds you. We are located in the province of Cantabria, in the Santoña bay where, thanks to this sport, you can admire it from different points of view.

Fun is guaranteed for both groups and people who want to enjoy the Emerald Coast. You will be able to learn about the cultural tradition at the hands of its people, the natural beauty that surrounds us, its flora and fauna, and you will be able to admire the uniqueness of its most emblematic buildings. With Paddle Surf you will lose your fear of the sea relaxing with simple yoga postures.

La Vaneta is a company that is dedicated to active tourism for young people, children and adults. We are located in the province of Cantabria, very close to the Monte Buciero Cultural Park, where thanks to it we can enjoy magnificent views and great nature.

We will begin the walk at the end of the Pasaje and walk next to the San Martín fort, where we will begin the ascent up its stairs. If we have any incident this will be our meeting point.

On our hiking route we will visit:

• The batteries: these are excavated in the rock about 10 meters above the sea. It is made of ashlar and ashlar stone, with a flat platform and several walls.

• High and low of Galvanes: we will go up and down to admire the landscape of Galvanes.

• Visit to Mount Buciero: we will go in to admire it and take a fun route.
