At Surf Kite House we operate along the Cadiz coast looking for sea conditions to be ideal for the course or activity that you have requested.

We usually give surf lessons at La Barrosa beach or, if you prefer, at El Palmar. However, the perfect locations for kitesurfing will be in Tarifa or Sancti Petri, with Caños de Meca and Conil also available. For paddle surfing we take advantage of the Sancti Petri bay and its comfortable Marshes that facilitate navigation on these large boards.

With these locations you can hire your:

- Kitesurfing course : for which we advise you to reserve from 6 hours onwards so that you have the time it takes to control all the equipment. If you have already gone through the training and require a spare hour, we attend for a minimum of 3 hours.

- Initiation to paddle surfing : on this occasion, 2 hours will be enough to know the basics and begin our walks through an area without difficulty.

- Surf lesson : in 2-hour courses or more complete programs that reach 10 am with our instructors.

The Costa de la Luz is within your reach thanks to the assistance of our instructors, all of them certified by the official federations to guarantee quality and safety in your course. For any of the programs that you can request from us, you have included the use of the material and, if the conditions of the day make it appropriate, the transfer to the spot where it is most appropriate to carry out the activity.

The cost of our classes is calculated per hour but, in order to advance, you will need to hire at least 3 hours as a start. Of course, if you do the hiring for more than 6 hours, we will apply a discount.

When selecting the duration of your training, keep in mind that controlling the kite in the sand before entering the water requires a time of between 9 and 12 hours. The most important aspect to achieve success is coordination, with less relevant the physical form in which you are.

At Surf Kite House we move wherever you want, within the Costa de la Luz, so that you can see why paddle surfing is one of the disciplines that we like the most. We can go to the Sancti Petri Marshes or the areas of La Barrosa and El Palmar.

The key is not to have physical facilities that tie us to a specific point with which we can be much more flexible listening to your wishes.

Our proposal to start in the stand up paddle is based on a 120 minute program that includes:

- The initiation to sup : in these first steps we will know the material that will be our partner during the practice. We will notice that the board that is used is larger than the ones we usually see surfers. This gives us great advantages when it comes to maintaining balance, making it a much simpler process. As in the absence of waves, we would practically stand still, we also carry an oar with which we will know what movements to do to move.

- A route navigating with our tables : after the first concepts we can participate in a journey that will help us to put them all into practice.

- A 2-hour course : in which the material is understood and you will have enough time to know or review fundamental concepts that will be very useful to go to the water.

- Lessons for a total of 10 hours : this is our complete course where we can stop to consolidate a good technique both in the sand and on the waves. We will correct errors and you will advance in a remarkable way.
