Candanchu is one of the best-known ski resorts in Spain and the Aragonese Pyrenees. Specifically, it is very close to the Port of Somport and the French border, as well as the Astún station. To get there by car from Jaca the journey takes less than half an hour.

Classes can be booked individually or collectively:

- Individual classes: Individual classes are considered those given to groups of less than 6 people. In these classes, students usually progress much more quickly since they have practically the teacher's full attention at all times. They can be hired by the hour or by the day, and can even incorporate the pick-up service from the teacher at the students' accommodation.

- Group classes: Group classes are those given to groups of more than 6 people. It is a very fun way to meet people with the same level of skiing. Being accompanied also helps to progress and improve the level since you can notice what your classmates do well and badly and thus correct your own defects.

The courses are for all types of skiing: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or telemark skiing.

Candanchú Ski Resorts is one of the best-known resorts in the Aragonese Pyrenees that has all kinds of amenities and services so that skiers and snowboarders do not lack anything.
The resort has 51 skiable kilometers that are divided into slopes for all levels:

- 10 Green Runs: These are the easiest runs, ideal for people with very little experience and beginner ski school groups. Some of the best known are: Debutantes Alto, Pista Grande I or Príncipe de Asturias I and II.

- 12 blue slopes: Low level skiers who want to improve by skiing slightly more difficult slopes can opt for these slopes. They are not recommended for beginners who might have some difficulty since they are quite steep slopes and do not always have much room to turn. However, anyone who has been skiing or snowboarding for several years is perfectly capable of going down a red slope. Some of the most famous red runs in Candanchú are: Alto Aragón, Cornisas, Los Sarrios, Marmotas or Tubo Tobazo.

- 5 Black Runs: The black runs are recommended only for expert skiers who have a good command of the skis both for turning and braking. The black runs are Carabineros, Navarros, Quebrantahuesos, Tubo Kaduff and Tubo Tuca II.

In addition to the slopes, there is also a nursery with a playground so that small children can also have fun while the adults ski.

The class modalities that you can choose are the following:

- Private classes: Private classes last one hour and are taught for groups of less than 6 people (including, of course, one-person classes). Children can receive these types of classes if they are at least 4 years old. With the personal help of a monitor you will see how you progress and learn a lot quickly.

- Tailor-made classes: people who have little time or are looking for a specific learning program can opt for this option, which consists of intensive lessons for half a day or a whole day. They will be accompanied at all times by a teacher who will correct them and teach them new techniques and tricks. The VIP option also includes the hotel pick-up service by the teacher.

- Group classes: Group classes are given for groups of at least 6 people who, logically, must all have a similar level. They can last one day or several, depending on the needs of the clients.
