Banzai Surf School we are a surf school located in Castro Urdiales, in Cantabria, in an ideal environment where you can fully enjoy the large number of beaches with wonderful waves. It will be the perfect environment to embark on the world of water sports.

We have perfectly qualified and certified instructors in maritime rescue and first aid, in addition to being professionals and passionate about surfing and its derivatives. We use top quality materials, surfboards of different types, suits and bodyboards.

We also have 2vans with 8 and 9 seatswith which we carry out transfers to the different beaches in the area, so that you can get to know and enjoy the Cantabrian coasts to the fullest.

AtBanzai Surf School we use a method whose objective is for our students to learn as much as possible in the time they take the courses.

With us you will have the option of enjoying surfing courses organized by true professionals and enthusiasts of this sport, with whom you will learn to ride the waves as if your life depended on it.

They will teach you all the techniques necessary to get on the board, but not before having some small theoretical classes in which they will give you some small tips. The practical classes in the water will last approximately two hours and we will give you all the necessary material so that you can enjoy surfing properly.

The classes will be in small groups, of about 6 or 7 people, so that the teaching is more personalized and that you can learn in a much more efficient way.

You will also have two course options to enjoy this unique experience:

• Weekly courses: 5 days minimum, ideal for learning all the surfing techniques and becoming a professional.
• Weekend courses: 2 days, perfect for those who already have a level and want to continue evolving.

You do not know what it is? Well don't worry because here we explain it to you: it is a very relaxing and fun activity at the same time. You will have two main modalities to practice it, crossing and surfing.

Paddle surfing is practiced with a board similar to surfing but slightly larger in size. You will only have to stand on top of it and maintain your balance paddling, this way you will make a paddle surf trip. It will be the ideal way to enjoy the beauty of the coast that surrounds you.

But if you want to add excitement to the matter, you can dare to ride the waves in the same way, paddling and standing on the crest.

With us you can access two courses provided by professional paddle surf instructors, lasting one or two hours. You will learn everything you need to surf in the best way!

And if that's not enough, you can also enjoy a crossing route or rent the equipment to go at your leisure.

There will be no better way to enjoy a surfing experience than to fully immerse yourself in this world with the surf camps that we offer you from Banzai Surf School, where you will take advantage of each wave as if it were the last one.

You will only have to come to the North Sea and catch the best waves to practice this dream sport. You will ride the waves as if they were the last in a unique landscape, since Cantanbria has beaches that will leave you speechless.

Some of the places where we can go to do this fantastic water sport will be the beaches of Islares, Oriñón and Sonabia, although everything will depend on the weather and sea conditions on those days.

During the course you will have instruction from our qualified specialized instructors, who will teach you everything necessary to be able to get on the boards and be able to handle them perfectly, for nothing more and nothing less than the 5 days that our camp will last.

In addition, you will not have to worry about buying or obtaining the material, since we ourselves will provide it to you during these days so that it is a complete experience!

This camp is focused mainly on children between 6 and 18 years old, so that they learn to take their first steps and enjoy this unique experience to the fullest.
Due to weather conditions and the school availability of the children, these camps will only be organized during the summer.
