Sarak Mountain is a company based in Madrid that has professionals with extensive experience in mountain sports. They know Gredos and the entire Sierra Madrileña, the Pyrenees, the Montes Aquilianos and the Picos de Europa. They organize everything from hiking of different levels to climbing or rappelling baptisms, and via ferratas.

• Hiking. The simplest and most affordable routes are those of Los Robles, in the heart of Gredos, and the ecological path of Canencia. For people who want to improve themselves or with some experience we recommend Siete Picos, with different options that can be adjusted to the needs of the group, or the La Silla and Pico del Granero route. If you are in physical shape, a long rope with twenty kilometers is an option, with fewer kilometers you can try the Labyrinth of the famous Pedriza.
• Climbing and Rappelling. Climbing and rappelling plans are organized in Baptisms, a day in which you learn and practice on rock with the help of an instructor. Before starting you will receive the material and the technique you will have to use will be explained to you. Another option is rappelling workshops, when you finish it you will be able to practice it without problems and you will know something more about this sport practice.
• Via ferratas. Among the via ferratas you can choose between De Priego, in Cuenca; the Huerta del Rey, in the Burgos area; in Cantabria, El Cáliz and el Risco, or Camaleño and La Hermida. Find out about the options and choose.

Sarak Mountain is made up of mountain lovers or as they call themselves "mountain people". One of his plans in the mountains in the mountains of Madrid is climbing.

• Baptism of climbing and then rappelling. The instructor will give you a description of the climbing and will tell you about the modalities. • Picos De la Silla and Granero. A medium level route with almost seven kilometers. It is a circular route of about four and a half hours. From the Hayedo de la Pedrosa you will ascend to two of the most emblematic peaks of Ayllón. One of the most beautiful times to take the excursion is autumn.
• Long rope. A route through the Sierra de Guadarrama of twenty kilometers that some consider the hardest of these mountains. The physical demand is great at any time of the year.
• Seven peaks. One of the most emblematic silhouettes of the Guadarrama and known as the Sierra del Dragón since the Middle Ages. The seven peaks can be seen from any point, competing with Matilicosa and Peñotillo. This route is nine kilometers long and is at a low level.
• Pedriza Labyrinth. An area that is best to go with a guide, is nine kilometers long and is considered a difficult route. The excursion will last about eight hours.
• Canencia ecological path. A path through the northern mountains full of pine trees and different species, you will pass through the Chorrera Mojonavalle. There are seven kilometers of little physical demand.
• Route of the Oaks. In the 16th century this route began to be used to herd cattle in the Sierra de Gredos. Paths that will make us relive the passage of the shepherds and get to know the Navaluenga mountain range. Fourteen kilometers and affordable for everyone.

• Via Ferrata de Priego. The day will begin in Hoz de Priego, in Cuenca. It has walls of almost one hundred meters that can be seen in Estrecho de Priego from the Sierra Valdeseco to the Escabas River. This via ferrata remains open from July to January.
• King's Garden. A via ferrata in Burgos that runs through cliffs that surround the town, the development of the route is horizontal. Together with the Espeja walkway and the Camino del Infierno they form a trio of ferratas worth trying. One of the few roads that remains open all year round.
• The Chalice and the Cliff. This via ferrata takes place in Cantabria near Ramales de la Victoria and is two days long. The first day you will start on a route installed at the Haza school, specialized in climbing and with many options to practice this sport. On the second day you will participate in a public route in the Asón-Agüera region, a national benchmark. You can enjoy these routes from summer until the end of the year.
• Camaleño and La Hermida. Two via ferratas in two days. The first route you will try will be La Hermida. It is reached by an old shepherd's path and is the first in Spain. The Camaleño ferrata is very vertical, it has an aerial Tibetan bridge and is a must if you visit Cantabria. A not very long but intense route until reaching the top of Cotera de la Cruz. At the top you will enjoy the views of the Picos de Europa.
