Canyoning is a sport that is liked from the first moment. It is a very complete activity with which you can exercise in a fun way and feel unique experiences.

At Pirineosur we want to adapt to all needs and tastes and that is why we organize different activities:

• Introduction to canyoning: discover canyoning in the best area: the Pyrenees. For two days we will travel this natural border between Spain and France so that you can learn how to handle the ropes and the different techniques to do the jumps.

• Intermediate level course: to do this activity you must be over 18 years old and have previously taken a course. So that you can enjoy somewhat more complicated ravines, in addition to the mountains of the Pyrenees we will tour the Guara mountain range. In it, you will be able to see the formations that the Guatizalema and Alcandre rivers have created over time. It is a very addictive activity in which you will enjoy jumping, descending and sliding down natural slides.

• Self-rescue courses: if what you want is to specialize a little more to be able to do canyoning on your own, you should take this course. You will learn to handle the ropes and secure them to the mountain and walls so that they do not become a safety problem. We will also teach you first aid in a place as extreme as a ravine.

Climbing is one of the most magical sports and one that produces the most different sensations for those who practice it. You will be able to climb vertical walls and admire the landscapes that open at your feet from the top.

In Pirineosur we like to innovate and we are constantly searching for walls and climbing modalities. For now we can offer you:

• Classic climbing: we do this type of climbing on the best walls in Aragon and the surrounding provinces. You can do it whatever your level since we have courses that will help you acquire enough technique for later promotions. We have adapted walls in the Picos de Europa, in Riglos, in Vilanova de Meia, Montrebei and also in places like Calenques very close to Marseille where you will climb cliffs in one of the most magical corners of the Mediterranean.

• High mountain climbing: this type of climbing is characterized by its spectacular nature. It is necessary to have experience and to practice it we will take you to the Tozal and El Gallinero area in the Ordesa Natural Park. Another of our favorite walls is located in Midi Ossau in France but very close to the Spanish border. In any case we assure you a lot of fun and that you will enjoy a very intense day.

• Ice climbing: to get started in this type of climbing, we propose different walls in the Valle de Tena and the Valle de Aragón. You can do this type of activity during the winter and it will last around 4 hours. If you have experience and want to go further, we will take you to Gavarnie, a region of France bordering Spain where there are ice waterfalls that you can enjoy from January to March.

In all modalities our monitors are present and waiting to ensure that all security measures are met. They will give you a theoretical class before starting the climb, whatever your level, so that you know the area in depth.

Snowshoe walks are a very fun way to walk through the snow that you can do with the little ones. To complete a day of tourism or activities in the Astun area, there is nothing better than coming with Southern Pyrenees to our routes to enjoy the mountains.

The simplest routes last half a day or a full day and you can enjoy them from December to April, although it is always indicative and depends on the weather conditions.

The places we will take you to for the most basic levels will be the Tena Valley and Midi Ossau. There our instructors will be attentive to the group to teach you how to walk with this very special footwear and will give you the basic techniques to move through the mountain with ease.

For the most adventurous we have prepared excursions from February to May in the White Valley of Charmoix, in Silveretta on the border of Austria and Switzerland, in Jonfraujoch Lötschestal Grindelwall in one of the most spectacular and glacier-filled areas of the Alps and also in the Queyras Massif in France.

Cross-country skiing is a perfect sport to do in winter as a complement to a day full of activity descending the slopes at full speed. If you want to do it touring the best areas of Huesca, with Pirineosur we offer different courses so you can enjoy this sport:

• Ski baptism: for three hours you can do this activity in which you will discover the world of skiing. Due to the characteristics of this sport, you can only do it from January to May. In Pirineosur we do cross-country skiing in Astún, a perfect place to learn the basics before going out to explore the most spectacular mountains.

• Ski weekend: in Aragon there are places that it is not enough to visit just one day. This is the case of the Tena Valley, with Pirineosur you will travel through it on skis for a weekend (or two days during the week) enjoying the snow and learning tricks and tricks. different ways to do cross-country skiing.

• Several days of deep skiing: you can perfect your technique while taking a spectacular journey through the Tena Valley. You will have to be a minimum of 2 people to be able to do this activity that lasts 5 days.

• Glacier ski course: this is one of the most special excursions. You will walk through the most extreme places and learn how to adapt to the most adverse conditions in snow and ice.

We also carry out routes through different points of Huesca such as Ribagorza (bordering Lérida) and the ascent of Aneto, one of the highest peaks on the peninsula. These routes last several days and a minimum level will be required.

We go to the Gállego River to descend the river aboard an inflatable raft to feel strong emotions and enjoy the speed that its currents give us. You can come with your friends or family to explore the river on two levels:

• Level I: this level is designed for families with children over 5 years old. It is a fun tour without too much risk. The rapids and jumps that we will cross are simple and you will not have any problem avoiding them.

• Level II: If you have some experience in rafting or a similar sport, we recommend this activity. We will look for the wildest stretches of the Gállego River so that you can get strong emotions.

A guide will go on the rafts to show the way and help you manage the canoe, but you will be the ones who will direct the boat and set the course.

You will need to know how to swim to go rafting with Pirineosur and be over 5 years. We will leave all the insurance and materials needed to make the descent so you don't have to worry about bringing more than your swimsuit and shoes that might get wet.

To do hydrospeed you will need:

• Knowing how to swim: it is an essential requirement since you will be in the water the entire route. Knowing how to swim and stay afloat is very important for everything to go well

• Wetsuit: don't worry if you don't have one at home, we will provide it for you. It is necessary since this sport is carried out in rivers in the province of Huesca that have very cold waters.

• Fins: you will need them to propel yourself and navigate the waters setting your own course.

• Helmet: the sudden movements made during the route can cause quite a few jolts, so it is most prudent to wear a helmet to avoid further harm.

Skiing is the best way to explore the mountains while exercising and discovering incredible snowy landscapes. In Pirineosur we have a ski school where we will teach you everything you need to descend the mountain on skis.

We can offer you private classes in which we will adapt to your level and try to help you learn according to your tastes and needs. These classes can be both beginner and advanced and will be taught in groups of 2 or 3 people.

We also carry out improvement courses for groups of high-level skiers that will last a minimum of 20 hours, also including theory classes. All courses will be held at the Astun station, a perfect place to learn from the best professionals.

If you prefer, we offer you off-piste skiing on the best slopes of the Pyrenees and also in Candanchú. For this activity it is necessary to have a good level of skiing since the mountain can be difficult to descend.

At Pirineosur we organize different courses depending on your level:

• Initiation course: if you have no or very little experience and don't remember the basics, this is the course you should choose. Our instructors will teach you the basic techniques to slide on the snowboard. You can do it throughout the winter and the groups will be from 2 to 6 people so that the teaching is completely personalized. For 4 days you will learn the best techniques to travel the mountain on board the snowboard and you will learn to move in a totally professional way

• Improvement Course: if you have already done this sport before and want to improve your movements, with Pirineosur you can do this 5-day course in Astun. Not only will you have practical classes, there will also be theoretical classes and you will learn to move and enjoy the environment in which you find yourself.

If you like hiking and want to do different routes, at Pirineosur we take you to the most impressive peaks. We like to explore the mountains on foot and we want to infect you and discover it for yourself, which is why we have prepared some routes that will amaze you:

• Matterhorn Route: this peak is in the town of Charmoix, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. For 9 days we will explore this mountain discovering all its secrets and letting ourselves be amazed by everything it offers us. To go to the Matterhorn we wait for the summer season so you can only do this activity with us from July to September.

• Everest Base Camp Route: we will do this tour for 15 days and we will cross this impressive peak visiting places as spectacular as Namche Bazaar or the Giants' Viewpoint. You can also enjoy the Khumbu Icefall and discover the best views of the Everest region. It is necessary to be in good physical shape since these mountains require certain resistance and skill. We do this tour in autumn, from September to mid-December.

• Mont Blanc Route: With this route you will pass through three different countries: Italy, France and Switzerland while you enjoy a climb that will offer you incredible landscapes that will remain etched in your retinas forever. For 8 days you will travel through this impressive peak for which you will have to be in decent physical shape as you may encounter certain slopes and sections with some difficulty.

• Monte Rosa Route: this is the simplest route of all those we propose. You will visit Monte Rosa, one of the most spectacular mountains in the Alps. You will cross very simple trails with a great variety of animal species and abundant vegetation everywhere. This tour lasts 9 days and we do it in the summer season so you won't have to worry about snow or ice.

To adapt to your level we have designed different modalities:

• Level I: for one day you will travel a via ferrata that we have found in the Aragonese Pyrenees. It will take an average of 3 hours (from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and you will be accompanied by our instructors. This route is perfect for bachelor parties or groups of friends who want to spend the day in a different way.

• Level II: also in the Aragonese Pyrenees you can follow a somewhat more complex route in which you will find vertical routes such as stairs, bridges and small climbs on the simplest walls.

• Level III: to cross this route we will go to France. There we will explore its ravines and slopes of 320 meters. You can also take aerial steps and fairly high jumps that will surprise you and fill you with adrenaline.

If you like the experience, you can do several routes with us over 5 days. It is a special combination in which we will take you through the most remote Pyrenees, discovering incredible places.
