The first thing was the attention of Alberto and Maria during the entire stay in Escalona, in addition to preparing the activities, they looked for us and told us about some excursions in the area. Regarding the ravine the first part is a dry ravine with 3 chained rappels, they will have a total of almost 100 meters of rappel, the second part is wet ravine, the water of the gravel, many jumps and a great final jump of 14 meters. It was the adrenaline that I needed. Thank you so much!!

The beautiful place, the activities very well adapted to our level. And the attention of Albert and Mary unsurpassed.
We stayed for several days, downhill, via ferrara, raffting and speleology, we would never have done it and all very well. They advised us and even looked for accomodation.
Thank you, Alberto and Maria, you are a delight. A greeting from Burgos, I hope to see you in the next year !!

Description of Nómadas del Pirineo Canyoning

Nomads of the Pyrenees is the company you can trust to take you to the most impressive ravines and the best landscapes in the entire national territory. The Ordesa valley and the Sierra de Guara have a great presence of ravines, the highest in Europe, and with the most amazing routes.

Canyoning in the Pyrenees of Huesca meets all the conditions to make it very special. Long aquatic routes, with crystal clear waters, deep canyons, dry ravines and large pools of water.

We have divided the tours through the ravines and canyons into two types, the first for initiation and the second for experienced people.

Initiation canyons or level 1

  • Viandico Canyon
  • Canyon of the Gloces
  • Furco Canyon
  • Mirabal Canyon
  • Barrosa Canyon
  • Yesa Canyon
  • Trigoniero Canyon
The rappels, jumps and slides are of a very affordable difficulty, they do not require demonstrating great technique.

Advanced canyons or level 2

  • Canyon of Lugar-Escuaín
  • Lapazosa Canyon
  • Sorrosal Canyon
  • Eriste Canyon
Here the obstacles are already considerable and require a consolidated technique and put into practice on a few occasions.

We will approach the headwaters of the ravines in a group and from there we will begin the descent.

Description of Nómadas del Pirineo Snowshoeing

Why not come to the high mountain of the Pyrenees of Huesca in the middle of winter and enjoy some fantastic walks through the freshly fallen snow? We use snowshoes for this, instruments that ensure a comfortable and easy walk through the snow.
We move along the forest paths and tracks that surround the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. The panoramas of the high peaks, the depth of the valleys and the forests and snowy forests will leave you speechless.

The snowshoes will allow us to stroll in a relaxed way along the slopes of the mountains and the bottom of the valleys or to climb to the high areas, almost touching the highest Pyrenean peaks with our fingers.

This activity is specially designed to come with the whole family and share the winter landscapes of the high mountains of the Pyrenees.

Description of Nómadas del Pirineo Via Ferrata

Would you like to climb comfortably through rock walls without the difficulty that sport or classic climbing entails? Via ferratas are the best alternative to climbing and allow you to navigate steep canyons and slopes without too much effort or technique. Through the Pyrenees of Huesca you will find many routes in which verticality will be the predominant note.

Nomads of the Pyrenees takes you through the ferrata routes arranged by:

  • Foradada del Toscar
  • Sorrosal in the municipality of Broto
The Foradada del Toscar via ferrata is one of the best known and most visited. It consists of a very complete itinerary with vertical sections at the beginning, air passages, descent areas, etc. The last section is not mandatory, although it is quite comfortable.

The tour of Sorrosal , near Broto, lasts 2 hours in which you will enjoy fantastic views of a waterfall, ascents by stairs of about 40 meters, you will go through a cave and other elements such as badinas.

Very spectacular routes that do not present great complications. With the presence of the guide and prepared with all the material, we will make this foray through the mountain with the best guarantees.

Description of Nómadas del Pirineo Caving

Ordesa and Monte Perdido and the Sierra de Guara are home to fascinating caves and grottos that you cannot miss. They contain all kinds of surprises through their passageways and galleries and we will accompany you to explore them.

In the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park

The Aso cave in the Añisclo valley is the place where Nomads of the Pyrenees invites you to come to discover an unequaled speleological route. Being able to combine with canyoning, this journey is full of the liquid element an underground river runs through the cave.

There are 1.3 km of horizontal cave in which to contemplate extraordinary limestone formations with the only illumination of the flashlights and the light of the helmet. The route does not need ropes so it is ideal for initiation.

In the Sierra de Guara

Through the Toro, Arctic caves, the Esteban Felipe, Solencio de Morrano and Solencio de Santa Cilia caves. They are more technical caves in which you will have to use ropes to climb and descend.

In the case of caves that can be combined with canyoning, a neoprene suit will be added to the speleological material.

The Ordesa Valley in the Pyrenees of Huesca presents spectacular rock walls where you can practice an adventure sport as exciting and exciting as rappelling . This modality consists of climbing the walls using a harness and several ropes.

We go down safely with the descent material and with the help of the guides . The impressive scenery of the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park will take your breath away.

The distance that we will descend and the routes by which we will do it will vary depending on the experience and skill you have.

Baptism will allow you to come into contact for the first time with this amazing world in which we defy gravity through the most rugged places on the mountain.

Description of Nómadas del Pirineo 4x4 Tours

From Nomads of the Pyrenees we propose the best off-road routes through the amazing Pyrenean valley of Ordesa in the heart of the National Park . The routes are carried out along tracks of restricted use, with the authorization of municipalities and the Autonomous Organization of National Parks.

Our vehicle will cross the so-called viewpoints , from which we will enjoy the best views of the entire canyon and the immense forests that populate its slopes.

We will drive for 4 hours through Ordesa climbing until reaching an altitude of 2,300 meters of altitude. You can see Monte Perdido and its massif, various waterfalls and the flight of some birds such as the Bearded Vulture.

At Nomads of the Pyrenees we also carry out ornithological routes for you to observe the birds of prey in our environment: Eagles, vultures, Egyptian vultures and the almost disappeared bearded vulture. Routes through the abandoned villages of the Pyrenees, which were once inhabited by their people.

The excursions begin in Broto or Torla , with special stops at the viewpoints to take as many photos as possible of the majestic landscape that is shown before us.

The jeeps have capacity for a maximum of 8 people.

Description of Nómadas del Pirineo Team Building

We have the incentive you are looking for in your company in the Pyrenees of Huesca . A multi-adventure proposal through the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park to rappel, climb, cross bridges and enjoy the high mountains in the company of the work group. The best therapy against routine and an unbeatable opportunity to recharge your batteries.

This area of the Pyrenees of Huesca is possibly the most spectacular of all due to its gigantic canyons such as those of Añisclo and Ordesa . Peaks of more than 3,000 meters such as Monte Perdido crown the region.

Within this framework we develop two multi-adventure programs between pine and fir forests and along the rock walls of the mountains. Choose the one you like the most and prepare for the adventure:

  • Multi-adventure circuit 1 : With 2 rappels of 25 and 40 meters, a monkey bridge, a crossing between the trees and a via ferrata to finish returning to the starting place.
  • Multi-adventure circuit 2: With this pack we start you in the practice of sport climbing and abseiling, descent through a zip line and a mono bridge.
During these tours the ability to excel and the effort to improve, the communication between the group members and their cohesion as a whole will be tested.
