Asturian School of Tourism forms a compendium of proposals and adventure plans throughout the Asturian territory and other parts of Spain with special trips. We also have special activities for groups, events and training classes.

We can offer you this entire list of activities: Hiking, horseback riding, archery, climbing, caving, canyoning, canoeing, paintball, skiing and snowboarding.

To do one or some of these activities we make trips to the Sierra Nevada in the case of winter sports and to the Pyrenees for high mountain sports.

We also organize special events for large groups such as bachelor parties or company incentives.

Our training courses are aimed at fields such as technical training, occupational training, first aid and others.

The Asturian School of Tourism offers canyoning routes for those who like to combine nature with physical exercise. In Asturias we can find delicious itineraries through ravines full of vegetation and with a lot of flow all year round.

In canyoning three basic functions are performed, swimming, climbing and walking. It consists of taking a route using the canyons and small ravines that water has eroded over the centuries.

The level of technique is not too important, but it is important to be accompanied at all times by an expert who will guide the route, for this reason The Asturian School of Tourism puts at your disposal experienced instructors who will comply this function perfectly.

It is necessary to know how to swim, since at some points along the route we may come across a pool and have to jump into it. We provide you with all the material you will need to carry out the activity. You simply must bring a swimsuit and water shoes with rubber soles.

Canyoning does not entail any risk, although it is important to maintain basic safety rules, which tend to be mainly paying close attention to the monitor at all times.

If you are strongly attracted by adventure and discovering new places, you have to come with us to explore the depths of the Principality of Asturias. Under the earth there are numerous cavities that will amaze us with their curious geological formations and their dark atmosphere and mysterious.

At the Asturian School of Tourism we take out the canoe and travel through the fast and beautiful waters of the Sella River. We teach you how to handle this boat and go down safely through white waters.

Live the experience of sailing through the most famous waters of Asturias with a simple but very intense tour in terms of emotions. A few small canoe management lessons will help you deal with the waters of the Sella.

Our canoes are very difficult to capsize so you have nothing to worry about although we will ask you to know how to swim.

Between 1 and 2 hours of full enjoyment of canoe navigation through the waters and among the perennial greenery of the Asturian mountains.

Paintball is a dynamic game that takes place in natural environments with trees, rocks and other protections and we offer it to you near Oviedo. It's a perfect occasion for you to come with your friends and shoot each other.

In paintball, two teams face each other, whose objective is to successfully carry out a mission. The missions or games are ruled by the monitor or referee, each game lasts approximately 15 or 20 minutes. So several missions are played in one day.

We have previously marked games that have been around for a long time and other more innovative ones. You can also propose the modality you have thought of and put it into action.

Asturian School of Tourism organizes paintball games in hidden natural environments full of scenery elements so you can feel the battle running through your veins. It is a highly recommended activity for groups of friends and business groups, since several values such as camaraderie and leadership are encouraged.

From the Asturian School of Tourism we invite you to the best places in Asturias so that you can discover with us the green and bucolic landscapes of the Principality. If you like walking and don't mind spending long days in the countryside, you have to come and try one of our routes.

We take hiking trips to various parts of the region, from the Picos de Europa National Park, in the eastern end, to the Senda del Oso strong> at the other end of the Principality.

We also organize special trips to the Pyrenees of Huesca where we can discover mountain landscapes different from those in Asturias. And see historical buildings like the Loarre castle.

5-day program through the Pyrenees in which we do more adventure activities such as gymkhanas, and multi-adventure circuits.

Horseback riding are one of the most pleasant activities in relation to contact with nature. On horseback we can take a route throughnatural environments of singular beauty in the heart of Asturiasalways surrounded by a green space full of living nature. It is time for you to live an experience that will awaken all your senses.

At all times, Asturian School of Tourism has specialized guides who know the route and the animals perfectly. It is not necessary to have any knowledge of horse riding, the horses simply follow the one in front of them, so with a brief introduction from the guide we will be able to complete the route on horseback satisfactorily.

The usual duration of the routes reaches one hour of crossing although if you wish it can be longer. Brief stops will be made so that both the horses and us can rest from the stage.

Get ready to live a beautiful day on horseback through Asturias and forget about your daily chores for a while.

Archery is one of the few ancient sports that still preserves its game entirely as it began. Asturian School of Tourism offers you the possibility of organizing tournaments for you and your friends at our shooting range in Oviedo.

If you have never shot with a bow, our instructors will teach you the keys to this wonderful sport. Archery requires the shooter to be focused and possess a certain technique. We teach small shooting classes with targets at different distances so that your eyes get used to it and you execute the shooting technique as best as possible.

Archery can be played throughout the year as long as the weather permits.

You will also practice archery in a natural environment, so you can combine this activity with a hiking route or another activity that Asturian Tourism School offers you.

Eager to take a trip to the southernmost ski resort in Europe? We take you to the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada resort in Granada so that you can enjoy the good weather of Andalusia while you take a quality leap in your learning to ski.

We leave for Sierra Nevada from Oviedo where we meet on special dates of the year such as White Week in February. There are6 days of stay in Granada skiing all of them.

Once there we teach group and individual classes according to your level.

We organize your stay in a hostel in Sierra Nevada a few meters from the slopes where you can not only take a well-deserved rest but also entertain yourself with various activities and games.

In addition, visits to the most representative monuments of the Nasrid capital such as the Alhambra and the different neighborhoods of the city are included.

From Oviedo, where we are located, we organize special trips crossing the peninsula and seeking the sun and good weather of Andalusia to practice the winter sport of snowboarding. In theSierra Nevada station you will be able to handle the snowboard with complete ease with the help of our instructors and with magnificent classes.

We leave for Sierra Nevada on special dates such as White Week in February with a 6-day trip in which you will practice snowboarding on the resort's slopes each and every day.
You will find the accommodation you need to rest from a hard and exhausting day of snowboarding in a hostel in the resort. There will be no shortage of distractions in its facilities with games and activities.
